Suggestion: If you have convection mode in your microwave, use that to reheat this kind of crispy/flaky food. They come out perfectly. Setting it to preheat mode at 180°C with the food inside does the job pretty well, by the time preheating is done. If course it'll depend on how cold the food is. If it's still cold continue heating it in 5 min increments till you get the desired temperature.. good luck and happy eating :-)

Absolutely- generally preheat at 150°C and then place the item to be re-crisped for a 3-5 minutes. Works very well!

My favourate starter is the lamb samosa. Great video, although I don’t use a microwave.. Fresh is Obviously better, but today I bought from the market.. However I’m going to try your same technique in the oven on a low heat.. lol I think I better start in the morning and be finished for the evening... So this evening is going to be popadom, samosa and shik kebab. And first time cooking a beef madras.. oh and with Methi Rati... What I think will be a great evening ahead.. 👍👍👍👍

Sir have u used the baking mode to heat the samosa?. I have a convection microwave oven with grill mode. So please tell which mode have you used. In microwave wave thee is no temperature setting
