Tip of the month September 2023 - Counter cut / Clean cut 

This month's video is about the counter cut to get the best cut quality.
Especially on thick material like carton or board the cut quality in the back of the knife is significantly better than in front of the knife. Reason is that the knife has an angle on the front side and is straight on the back side. To get a better cut quality it would be good to have all cuts behind the knife.
