You have a velocity adjustment screw on the left side of the gun located right above the safety in a hole on the side of the gun. Here you can adjust the velocity that the paintball is shoot at, the higher the velocity the farther it will go. At 300 feet per second, which is maximum playing velocity, will shoot the paintball about 200 feet. I hope this answers your question!
