Pile 3: Thank you SO MUCH for this accurate reading!!! It was DEAD ON. It’s my grief that brings me down every time…. Took care of my Parents for over 20 years through strokes and cancers, and then through hospice. My Parents were pretty much ALL the family that I had. I had very complicated grief I allowed to turn myself into an alcoholic over - as a “coping” mechanism and I lost EVERYTHING I had except the roof over my head because I was going to drive my car off the highway and got pulled over because it wasn’t my time to die, but I got into a LOT of legal trouble that I then had to deal with on top of already hating every breath I took…. That was 7 years ago. I’ve been off booze for a little over 4 years now which is a damn miracle along with the outcome of my legal trouble was too, thankfully. I had to recreate myself about 3 times over the past 6 years, and endure all of my “friends” disappearing when I was grieving and needed them the most. My Dad passed 1/27/14, my Mom passed on 8/12/17, so I lost my entire family since my cat of 14 years also passed 6 months after my Mom, and then I literally had nobody. No kids, significant other for the past 8 years for many reasons I had so much going on I haven’t gotten to really live my own life for quite a bit of the 42 years I can’t BELIEVE has actually been 42 years!!! Once you get sober you have to deal with everything you didn’t process or deal with, and/or run from…. It’s all there waiting for you. Anyhow… I’ve been doing a lot of shadow work and processing and trying to heal a thousand things and the thing is that I isolated for a very long time from grieving and then from being an alcoholic, then getting sober and figuring out HOW to be. Then it was who was I before all of this, who was I going through it, and now who do I want to be since I’m no longer going through it…. I’m just severely lonely. I’ve lived alone any time I wasn’t living with my Parents towards their ends - but I inherited the house and that’s a joy in itself. When my thoughts go to shit is when I think about how alone I am now, about how everything I wanted for my life for the entire first part of it went the complete opposite to the point where it’s like I inadvertently manifested the negative that I DIDN’T want - because I was so focused on it… that it came true!! I mean, I know my Parents dying is not really part of that but because I knew many years earlier that they would most likely be dying before I got married or had kids (which I had hoped for one day) - I somewhat started grieving it (usually while drinking and depressed about whatever situation was going on at the time). I keep looking back at my life from before my Dad got sick and before the past 8 years happened and I guess wanting my life from before all that, back. I feel like it’s so hard for me to create a forward because I don’t truly know what I want since - what I wanted isn’t happening, and I feel so unsure about the future in general…. It’s a lot. I started a business last year after having a mental breakdown so that’s something I focus on, lol. But I guess I keep getting sad that the past is gone…. That nothing will ever be like it was. I so desperately feel like my life is already over and terrified of continuing to negatively manifest it. So I keep searching for the HOW to get unblocked and the reading perfectly described where I am right now. I don’t know how to totally let go. I’m doing my very best to learn how to love myself but I also have terrible, sometimes debilitating ADHD that sometimes makes it hard to love yourself when you keep doing the same frustrating thing over and over again no matter how hard you try not to, and STILL do it!! Its hard to accept that you just can’t do something like be on time because you can’t judge or manage time effectively, and honestly can’t help it. Funny because I was diagnosed many many years ago but they still don’t know that much about it and I JUST found out that it was my ADHD causing these specific traits I thought I just wasn’t smart enough to fix or something. I’ve been fired from jobs for being late even though that was the only negative on my record. It definitely got worse after I quit drinking because I wasn’t self medicating to slow down anymore so I was bouncing off the walls. Anyway, sorry for puking up literally half of my life story…. There’s a lot more I’ll write in my book one day. Thanks to anyone who actually reads all of this because other than my two AWESOME dogs, I’m very much alone - other than being with clients. I’m no crazier than the fact that I see (and record) legit UFOS every day and there’s like 15 videos on my channel if you want to see THOSE, lol. CHECK THEM OUT!!! Seriously. Its probably not the loneliness that you feel, its the separation from your self of worth that you had put into the care for your parents. Your acts of support for your parents and your care was a worthwhile and beautiful experience to go through with many lessons that arose for your learning, as well as for them. The thing is, as we live many lifetimes, we also have many parents, but we have one set of parents that have been there from the beginning and will always be there forever, and they are our spiritual mother and father who are in heaven, which within us and their aspects all around us. You have not lost anything nor are you alone. What you have gained is experience towards love and understanding. Your self worth was placed in your care for others, which is our duty towards others and is not our worth. Every act of love comes from the spiritual part within us and it is that part of us that contains the worth and what we esteem as worthy. You probably miss the expression of that as your physical parents are no longer here, but what you don't see is the important expression of that towards your Self, the true part of you, within you. So now is the time to express that care with your thoughts, feelings and actions and you will find that many of the biological issues will find peace since they are in need of that expression and when you apply it you will see a great love grow that is compassionate, loving and caring without the attachment this time.
