Tips for Going to a Con ALONE 

thank you so much for this video, im going to my first con without any friends and im so nervous i'll ruin the experience for not knowing my surroundings. these tips really help, ill try my best to keep them in mind :]

Im going to a convention tomorrow ALONE. My anxiety is reaching new heights but I badly want to make new friends too 😂. Gotta step out of my comfort zone

I'd used to go alone to cons and recently since I've lately been going with a group I thought that I couldn't be able to do it again. At AX this year I went alone once more and honestly I made more friends than I have in years!

i did have that nerdy friend group, but i am moving across the country so i won't go to cons with them as much, i may have to go to one or two alone until i find more cosplay friends up north

i was at con alone today and it sucked so badly… at first, while my friend was with me, it was great. we went through it, but the second she left, it has gone awfully wrong. i just stood in the corner like a weirdo texting on my phone cause i was to scared to go and talk to someone :(( i almost cried, and left after an hour of that misery. so if u have social anxiety, be prepared that it can SUCK, sadly.
