New here. 😃 Thank you so much for this podcast! ❤ I have 12 weeks to go until my due date in December, and the closer it gets the more I literally just want to be alone with my husband and my baby. My mom will be at the labor but she is so supportive and already knows that I literally just want to HOLD MY BABY. I don’t want to just hand it off to 50 different family members as soon as they’re born! I kept thinking I was crazy because I want a full month alone to hold them and keep them to myself - my in laws think I’m a crazy lady. This podcast helped a lot! ❤
I love this conversation. I loved your graphic. I'm 9 weeks pregnant now and told my Mom that she will not be with me during labor and delivery. And I told her it might be a week before I welcome guests. Wow, was that hard to me to share and I know it was hard for her to hear but now it's out there. I'm using your graphic as inspo for mine that I will share with family and friends. Thank you
I love what you ladies are teaching and preaching. It makes me feel so much better during my postpartum period. You dont hear a lot of people putting boundaries on themselves or their babies. So me doing it was a shock to a lot of family and friends but i feel so much more normal and happy that i did. Thank you ladies for normalizing the norm. ❤ Definitely a new subscriber!
