Okay I’m very new to wrestling the reason I joined was the coach asked me to next year and I’m gonna need to get in shape Do you have any advice for me??
If you’re talking about cardio slow runs for a few miles once a week and sprints for 100 meters times ten twice a week. Do a lot of skipping aswell. For strength you’re gonna need to focus on back leg core biceps triceps and glutes. Practice your shots with a pillow for your knee and stay in you’re wrestling stance for as long as you can while moving side ways with fast choppy steps. Stay low enough to touch the ground at all times.
