You can organize your closet all day and all night but once you start sharing those lovely labels go away and the entire closet gets rearranged and messed up. So how do you share then? If sharing pushes everything to the TOP and you share from the bottom again nothing stays congruent.

Yes, you are very right. I made this video when I had a small closet and it was easier to organize and maintain. Now I have a different strategy, which I will be making a video on and sharing. :)

But if later, you share one item, won’t that then move to the top, no matter what category is at top? Isn’t there a permanent way to have sections?

Yes, every time you share an item it will move to the top. If you want to keep it organized you share all the items you want together. So let's say you share a dress into your closet and you want to have all your dresses together you simply share all your dresses and then they will be grouped together. Does this make sense? I don't think there is a permanent way to have sections. Whatever you share will be moved to the top.

Sure, your explanation makes sense, but why poshmark wouldnt have a method to share single items without messing up the organization seems ridiculous.for instance, a party is going on and they are themed- so, not all of my, say, dresses are appropriate if the theme is evening wear. I do not browse entire closets because of the lack of categories. It takes too long. I assumed others felt that way. Plus, an entire closet is a mix of sizes! Maybe there is a way to organize and we haven’t found it.

@@cherylj7460 I do agree I've wondered this myself. I have heard others make the same pint and wonder as well. Hopefully in the future they will do something that makes it simpler to organize without messing everything up. :)

I literally have no idea what you are doing, you are moving so fast I can’t even figure out how you are using the app or what you are pushing to do the things you are explaining while you are explaining them.,. Super frustrating
