@@thatdogewithvr You should do trainings for all your staff, but to start I would recommend training staff with previous experience as it will be easier for you to teach them.
@@C_trsz Hey, I was also wondering if my airline should have heads of staff early on, since I see many larger airlines with staff heads. (stuff like head of flight deck, cabin crew, etc.)
