Hi Partha Sir, I am from non technical background but very much interested in workday, I am from commerce and having 3 years of recruitment experience. Please guide me how can I learn about Workday and work as a Workday Cosultant.
I am a workday full time employee working at workday development center developing workday application and one thing i can suggest you is get yourself registered on comunity.workday.com and start learning workday functionalities and it's object oriented architecture, Workday is very different in terms of it's technology stack and not like traditional ERP systems like Oracle EBS or any other RDBMS systems, We develop workday using our own proprietary development language called "Xpresso" and believe me it's very poweful and way different than traditional ERP development. Also you need to start learning Workday Studio and different integrations involved like EIB , Cloud connector. If you only want to be functional consultant then i would suggest to know about workday implemention and read about implmentation guide in details from workday community. community.workday.com/
Hi Aneeh.. Hope ur doing good... Regarding ur quiry.. to learn workday there is no freerequgits .. it's simple hrms application with functional configuration.. it's Low code or no code application. But integration consultant u shoul have idea on XML.being as functional u should not know any coding...
