thank you for the information.. I just have one question. Do we need to attach letter of intent while sending the e-mail. if yes could you please explain how to write it so that i could get an overview.

It is not advisable to send the email as an attachment. The letter of intent is the email itself, and this is different from the letter of intent used when applying for admission. That is a little more detailed. You have to attach your transcript and CV to the email

For masters, it's not always compulsory but, if you have it, it may give you added advantage.

What to select is way better msc biology or biotechnology?

Depends on your long term goal.. If you intens to work in a Biotech company, then MSc Biotechnology will be better... But if you intend to do a PhD in Biology, then M.Sc Biology will be a better option
