Going to school, married, 5 year old, 7 mth old, nursing and working full time. Will graduate in May, extremely hard but if you are doing it as i am, kudos to all of you!

Same im going to school im married with 4 yer old and 2 year old half time tho my school is from 12 pm to 4 pm I graduate in may 2022 for sure this time so i need motivation i love my family im doing this for them ❤️😍

I recently made the decision to go back to school. I got my GED in 2012 and I haven’t been in school since 2010 (crazy!!) I got married at 18 and had my daughter at 20. My daughter is 4 now and looking at her I realized I wouldn’t want for her to ever give up on her dreams so it’s not okay for me to either. I’m blessed with the support of my family so nothing is stopping me... thank you for making this video. You’re an inspiration to all of us mamas thinking of going back to school. Especially this mama, because I’ve also struggled with math... hearing your story made me realize I can do it too! Thank you.

Sometimes I need to remind myself that I can do this and stick to a good schedule for my classes. It’s also having a good husband that supports you 😭❤️

Brave Adventure yes! You can absolutely do it. We all have moments of defeat, just make sure it’s a moment and not something you allow to deter you from your goal! You are so capable and you deserve it 😊

This gives me so much hope. I'm finally going back to school this summer with 3 children at home. I have my 6-year-old son, 3-year-old daughter and 3-month old at home. With my husband supporting all of us to make it happen.

Wow… I definitely relate. I hate math. I’m not very good at math. That’s why I don’t want to continue bc I feel dumb. I have taken my other classes but I’m afraid of failing. I had my baby & I want to do better for my daughter & myself. You inspired me to continue my education. Thank you ❤

I got pregnant my sophomore year of college and due to being super sick during my pregnancy I had to withdraw. My daughter was born in May 2017 and August 2017 I enrolled full time and am now a senior and about to graduate with my BBA in accounting. Thank you for sharing it’s so hard and I have never met anyone full time with kids!!

Omg. Same. I’m the oldest of my two brothers. I’ve always felt like I had to do something big. I am a full time student, with a 2 year old and I’m also married. I am on my last semester!!! It was not easy. Like you said though, you can do whatever you put your mind to... whatever you want to be, you can do it!! :)

Thank you for sharing. I’m a first time mom, an LVN but going back for my bachelors but I got pregnant during school. Now I’m back to work, going to school with a 4 month old. I’m grateful for the problems I have but It’s so hard feeling guilty about not having this precious time with my baby.

I want to go back to school my youngest will be 1 year old in June then I have a 8 year old and 9 year old. Anyway I told my husband I wanted to go back to school yesterday and he said who is going to take care of the kids and I'll just be working to pay daycare. So discouraging. Thank You for your positive words. It has been so hard and lonely being with the kids 24/7 since covid. I miss having a life outside of home.

Wow! This is so inspirational! My nerves are a little calmed. I start school in Oct currently 7 1/2 months pregnant with baby #2 and have a energetic 2 year old! This made me feel so much better! You go girl!!!

Oh my gosh I’m crying right now. I can’t thank you enough for making this video. I’m a mom of three and I hated school and am sooo bad at math but am just trying to figure out my journey to getting back in school right now and am petrified also. I have no idea where to start or how and what’s steps to take.

Girl, I am so nervous about going to school with my little one on the way. I’m doing online classes with my little girl. But now it’s going to be 2 of them. I feel bad that I don’t want to stop going to school because I have a plan. But I felt so bad for myself when I took a long break with my daughter after she was born. I feel like I won’t give her or my newborn any attention. Clearly my husband will help but you know how it is being in a place where you don’t have family around. I have no idea if I should keep going to school after I give birth or take a break. Aghhhhh.

Cindy you’re amazing. I totally understand where you’re coming from because I had to make the same decision twice. With my oldest I took a whole year off school because I was new to motherhood and wanted to soak it all in. With my second son I only took a semester off because I was determined to finish my degree. I think right now focus on getting as much schooling done as you can and once you have your second baby make the choice to take a break or to continue going to school and maybe just taking a class or two. One thing I always abide by is “school is always going to be there but my kids will never again be this little.” But I think it’s different for everyone 😊.

Thank you for this video, I really needed to hear this. I want to go nursing school, went to take the test to get into the program and failed by 5 points. I’m horrible at math and I know that had a lot to do with it. I can go back and retake the test, but am a little discouraged, but hearing you’re story is changing my mind 😊. By the way, I’m married with 3 kids and the struggle is real lol

As I am sitting here waiting to nurse my newborn daughter I read your message. Do not give up LaNeesha, keep pursuing your dream of becoming a nurse. This was just a road block and you’ve probably overcome tougher things in life. Whenever I felt like giving up all I had to do was to remind myself I’ve overcome harder things in life. Girlll let me tell you. Math will not hold you back. Get a tutor or watch RU-vid videos on whatever math you are learning. You will get it mama. Just stay focused and before you know it you’ll be graduating 😊♥️.

I’m so sorry to hear that. I always stick to “where there’s a will there’s a way” somehow things will align if you really want to go to school. It might be a matter of taking it slow and only going part time or choosing online classes. If you have your own kids I know a lot of colleges have their own daycare, look into that 😊

Hi! It depends on the school you are planning to attend and what they offer plus whatever policies the school has. If I were you I would call the school and ask 😊
