Tips on how to stop breastfeeding🍼  

Someone asked me how I stopped breastfeeding and here's how I did it.
Reduce your feeds to once a day.
Pick a date that makes sense for your family to stop - where lots of changes are happening so that the toddler doesn't focus on it anymore.
After you stop, release some milk in the shower every day around the same time you were breastfeeding. Don't empty the boob completely.
