put them on the pan in the oven on the top rack. oven off. Fill a pan with boiling hot water and place it on the bottom rack under your rolls. Shut the door and let them set. You might have to change the water once but they should rise nicely.
The oven trick works best if it's chillier in your house. but thanks for the video, I came here because I have never made yeast rolls and I wasn't quite sure how big I should let them get lol
Thanks Amy! I don't use instasagram, would love to see more yummy recipes from your rolls here! The donuts sound very intriguing & delicious. Thanks again 🙂🙂
Thank you! I will share more ideas on here for sure!! I did share a donut recipe recently. It’s the Apple cider donuts. If you can’t find the video let me know and I will get a link for ya!! 🥰🥰🥰
Hello all …. How I get my rolls to rise.. While baking items in my oven, I use the oven exhaust(that 1 burner that has a pipe coming up through it) as a warming element. I stick 2 frozen rolls together in a greased 12 cup muffin pan, sit it on top of oven exhaust and allow them to rise to desired size and bake.
Hey! Thank you so much for watching! I did make a donut video. It’s not too far down. If you can’t find it let me know. And thank you so much for watching!
Omg Amy.. I was looking how to get my rolls to rise and you popped up.. of course I had to see how you do it. I have a glass top stove so I couldn't do your quick rise.. 😢😢
Last time I made them they weren’t rising as fast as I wanted so I put it near the heater with the humidifier on under the tray. It was oddly effective
