I was throwing a frisbee to my friends Doberman. BOOM. Same. Doing all the exercises, recovering really slow (lot older than you). Been a couple months, can't even do a 40lb dumbbell press. Frustrated, but still at it.
Oh man! I'm sorry to hear that. Those frisbees need a warning label. Is all or most of your range of motion back? It sounds like you are doing all you can. Listen to your body and keep going and it will come back!! 💪
@@CNote1906 That's good! Yeah the strength can be frustrating when it doesn't come back as fast. Does your strength feel good on machines or things you don't have to stabilize as much? I noticed when the stabilizers aren't healed yet that that affected things a lot too for me
Don't get angry at me, but I don't agree that external rotations should be done as a warm-up. I would recommend you stop doing them, I never do them, if some exercises I don't feel comfortable in my joints (shoulders, knees, wrist, elbow..) I try to find other variations that I feel comfortable with.
You have a great point! I usually like to find an alternative pain-free way too. For this one it was a guide to see how the healing is going. The discomfort was just at the small beginning ROM and light. I never pushed it. But I agree with you. Thank you for your input and watching! 😁💪
@@pratiksonawane5130 that's weird, I just checked. Maybe the link isn't working. Here is a different one 💪. instagram.com/self_built_yt?igsh=MXEyOWViOWU0MnR0dg==
