Tips to stop overspending // How to stop buying stuff you don't need 

I still don't have an air fryer. Everyone I know has told me "I have to get one, even offering to buy me one"! The thought of another big appliance in an already cluttered kitchen, helps me to keep saying "no I don't need another kitchen gadget". That was before starting the no spend January that has also rolled into February 🎉 Saving so much by saying no to wants & even questioning needs! Good luck everyone ❤

I feel great because I used to spent a lot on clothes, but i feel like i have totally cut back. I recognised i was just doing it for the high. I feel much not i cut back.
