Just a small point, I have a Yaris Excel and there is no courtesy light in the back, which is a real problem when trying to fit the grandchildrens car seats in the dark. Does the GR have a rear courtesy light or is this just an Excel trip level problem .

Around 23:58, it’s useful to measure how inaccurate the display is, and set an appropriate level. The one I have is pretty much 5% fast across the range of speeds. None of them will be negative, on account of the standards.
Mine always reads 2 mph fast, so when it says 30 mph I’m actually doing 28 mph and that’s consistent across the speed range Prefer it like this Can’t be caught going over the limit when you see a camera van
thank you. that's exactly what i needed. just one last question. is there a way, if its set to trip avg. to also fast see the total avg without going into the menu. on my granddad's old yaris its literally in one sub menu. when you start its on trip avg. when u can click the down arrow and u see total. i will just try it out once i get my GRS tomorrow ^^ anyway the menu tutorial helped me big time. thanks ^^
Hi Peter if I have tbh the estimate is a joke but I believe that all car manufacturers are having the same issues my estimated delivery was mid January when I ordered mine originally then it moved to beginning of February then too the end of February now to the beginning of march and I ordered mine back in July 2022 😮😮
In January this year, I bought one “off the shelf” manufactured in November last, as the original orderer had cancelled it, so it turned up in the dealers “warehouse”. Not exactly what I would order, but it’s worked out well so far. Of course, the dealer wanted to shift products like that, but I didn’t like the idea of long waiting times either.
My Toyota sat nav in my GR doesn’t do live traffic updates as far as I’m aware I really only use google maps with satellite view or Waze I will have a look at the Toyota system and see if the function is available
