Hello due to the complaints of the thinness from the metal art what do you suggest the best size to sell ? Like maybe starting at a certain size instead of offering the. Smallest size since they are easier to break during transport.
How do you get the insurance you were referring to? And how would you list a return policy on Etsy?? Since the customer service is through teelaunch….thanks!
when you say hold the orders I'm confused about that so when a customer order it you then have to go back into Canva and create the piece that the customer ordered and then send it to teelaunch? I assumed thats what infinite options were for im a little confused
What is typical profit margin for shineon products selling to USA through facebook ads? I'm wondering if the maths makes sense because I have to pay additional 20% VAT on adspend
Hey Ronnie..lately on Facebook POD groups there have been lot of complaints about teelaunch’s metal products getting bent due to the cheap cardboard packaging their supplier uses when shipping metal art. Plus there were issues shared by some seller related to their shipping times during Christmas and upset customers.Any way to get around this issue in any way? My easy monogram doesn’t provide customization option with their metal art products so we are kinda stuck with Teelaunch only if we decide to use them as our sole metal wall art POD company and they only work with 1 major metal fabrication shop I believe which is in Louisiana..I wish there were more metal wall art suppliers like teelaunch like the options we have for POD tees and sweatshirt companies. Feeling stuck. I would appreciate your comment, thanks.
I’ll do video on this in the future. Unfortunately it’s something that I have seen across multiple suppliers over the years. The best thing to do is to over deliver on the customer service front and reassure the customer they will get a replacement. Despite any issues with couriers I am still happy to sell the metal because it is such a great product. Someone coming in hot can be turned into a brand ambassador once you’ve over delivered on the service.
@@RonnieMcKenzie Thanks for your response m,Ronnie! Somebody suggested on one of the Facebook groups the other day to strike a deal with a local metal fabricator. If in your future video if you could throw some light on what is the best way to go about this with a metal fabrication shop such that they are willing to work with you to produce and ship your metal art would be really helpful as most metal fabricator shops serve either the construction industry or other home building professionals and not Print on Demand. I stay outside U.S.A so if you can make the future video from a perspective of an outsider trying to break into U.S market by contacting local to U.S metal fabricator shops that would be really helpful. Thanks!
@@RonnieMcKenzie I totally understand it, Ronnie. The only unfortunate thing doing with metal POD art is we are literally stuck with just 1 supplier i.e Teelaunch. I REALLY wish there were more metal art suppliers as the possibilities are endless! although the profit margins are less with tees and sweatshirts, suddenly they have started to become more attractive to me due to LOT of supplier options with them
I have my own cnc and I usually use 14gauge steel for my local work but I don’t have the man power or setup to make the quantities that teelaunch is capable of so I have been thinking about switching to a POD company for the sales volumes yall are getting from the e-commerce sites
Hi Ronnie. On your site there are several interesting things but I have not found any news on the infinite options app that you report in the 5:40 minute of the video. Thanks
I've always suspected that MEM are in fact Teelaunch's supplier. There are certain similarities on the 2 websites. So any criticism of Teelaunch might apply to MEM too.
Does teelaunch send product samples to Australia despite not shipping products down here? If not, what was the process to get product samples of the metal art designs you sell? I want to test the strength and quality myself, as well as taking my own product photos
