Ingredients for sponge fingers(手指饼):
3 large eggs - grade A (鸡蛋)
60g caster sugar (细砂糖)
80g plain flour(普通面粉)
10g corn flour (玉米粉)
Filling(芝士馅):
250g Mascarpone cheese (马士卡邦芝士)
2 egg yolks (蛋黄)
50g caster sugar (细砂糖)
2 tsp gelatine powder(鱼胶粉)
40ml water(水)
200g whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)
1 tbsp Rum, optional (兰姆酒,随意)
Coffee syrup (咖啡糖浆):
150ml black coffee (黑咖啡)
2 tbsp coffee liqueur (咖啡酒)
1 tbsp rum (兰姆酒)
