I skipped the egg whites because I wasn't keen on adding uncooked eggs. I also omitted any alcoholic ingredients, but it tasted just as good.
Make sure the coffee isn't too bitter. Dip the biscuits in the coffee quickly (trust me, they absorb it REALLY fast) to avoid them becoming too soggy.
Refrigerate overnight. It tastes best when properly chilled.
