Here's my birthday cake, which you have asked me so much, a simple tiramisu but made a little more important by giving it a more pie or better form!
I love desserts not too much loads of decorations, simpler I'm more unjust me!
This is a classic sweet of Italian pastries, but I do it without eggs, it is very creamy and tasty anyway!

Ingredients: For a large cake for 12-14 people
1 kg mascarpone
300 g Sweet wheat cream
1/2 Resquired coffee cup
4 - 5 tablespoons of sugar
200 g savoiardi cookies
400 ml of coffee
100 ml water
Bitter cocoa
