Ingredients:
- 300 g. feta cheese;
- 200 g. strained yoghurt;
- 60 ml. olive oil;
- 1 green chili pepper;
- 1 garlic clove;
- salt;
- chilli flakes.
Instructions:
Crush the cheese. Add the strained yogurt and olive oil to it. Finely chop the hot pepper, cleaned of the seeds. Mash the garlic, and then make it into a fine paste with a little salt. Add it and the pepper to the rest of the ingredients. Season everything with ½ tsp. salt and chilli flakes. Stir well and refrigerate for 2 hours to let the flavors settle.
