I so hate that Tisha's beautiful and precious moment was WASTED on Duane Martin. Who would've thought that he would've treated her the way that he did😢😢😢. She deserved so much better.
@@tremainworrell5997 do you read or watch interviews???? Tisha Campbell came clean about Duane Beating on her during their marriage and verbally abusing her....and THAT info came FROM HER MOUTH. Stop being so quick to cosign for the ABUSER &do your research
I know right..Weddings are just overdone and fake like everything else on this planet now..And It's like you could actually find a soulmate in those times..Now not so much..And sadly, I don't believe in romantic love or marriage anymore..Such is life..smfh
I agree! Toni braxton’s wedding was also breathtaking! I always rewatch the video. Weddings back then possessed a level of simplicity and class that I believe simply can’t be replicated in today’s age. It literally had that 90s feeling!!
Right?! Natural beauties. It's because they wore their real hair, and if they did wear a weave it wasn't an unbelievable-looking Asian silky yaky cascading down pass their knees. The makeup looked natural too because drag-queen lokking contouring wasn't in back then.
YES, it definitely uplifts spirit, particularly for us black females! 💓 If I may: "I love seeing black people celebrate each other; it is beautiful." (I also enjoy gatherings of black folks celebrating life, who are not beautiful. Not just lovely, but also oft endearing. Most humans are not beautiful, but we can all find JOY.)
These are the women (Black QUeens) that the world has said are the most unattractive/desireable women on the planet..when in fact the are the definition of beauty and this video proves it!
Sorry guys... We had to title it after loading.... It is the original wedding to my hubby Duane Martin... I', doing something special with the dress soon... Love you guys and the support... Tish
Tisha, you looked absolutely stunning on your wedding day! I'm not judging anyone's marriage because only the two people "in it" know the real deal, but on the outside, you and Duane made a beautiful couple. I really enjoy seeing Black Love. Best of luck to you in your next chapter of life.
@@amandaperry7069 the proposal episode we talking about. Not the wedding. Go watch when Martin proposed to Gina with Brian there singing the same song. It's the same song hes singing on her real life wedding.
@@amandaperry7069 it said on my wife and kids uhhh Tisha has been on TV and movies since like house party 1 no wait little shop of horrors actually so the mid 80s i think so the point is marrin wasn't the only show she was on, i think its the show with damon wayans and she really married Dwayne Martin who was in above the rim I believe
I know this wedding is history but Ms. Tish was a. EXQUISITE bride. It almost brought me to tears. She was so young, beautiful, and happy on her wedding day. It was unfortunate that it ended. But lord was she beautiful.
Tisha Campbell has always been the best. If I had a daughter I'd want her to be just like Tisha. When I saw the pride and happiness on her father's face during this clip I must admit I was brought to tears. Much love to everyone associated with the Campbell-Martin Family.
Omg! This was an AWESOME wedding. Tisha is sooooooo BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! And she looks just like her dear ole dad. And Jada, Tasha, and Tichina were all gorgeous as well!!!!!!
@@Michelle-jz8vl yeah with all the botox and plastic surgery but she is still cute I believe she would of still been nice looking even without all that I guess trying to keep up with hollywood
It’s her body ,her money why do y’all care ?? I personally don’t believe she did but even if she was what does that do for you and your self esteem? Does it make you able to sleep at night by judging this woman?
@@Shortcvke No judgement. Just an observation. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. My eyes said she was beautiful just the was she was. Don't you lose any sleep over my comment. GOD Bless.
A true sign of maturity and growth is the ability to keep content of past events that, unknown to the participants at the time, would end up causing tremendous pain. I applaud Ms. Campbell for looking back on such content and sharing it for the joy it once brought, as well as the profound growth she gained in spite of it. ❤ P.S. She made a thoroughly gorgeous bride.
who comes to a person's invite to celebrate something as intimate as their wedding day and then thumbs down it... goes to show you... the world will always be the world... ANY DAMN WAY... THIS IS L💕VELY JUST L💞VELY X💋X💋
Be grateful? You must be kidding. Getting married shouldnt be seen as some life goal, it's something that lovers actually do when they are in love. Not to prove anything to anyone. Don't get married just to say you're married. You'll end up miserable in the end.
Better late than never... oh wait... no time like the present... uh how bout why put off for tomorrow what you can do today. Ok that's it, I like that one
She was such a beautiful bride. I really saw the love of family and friends on that day through this video alone . I can only imagine what being there was like 🥹
I came across this video completely by accident. I didn't even know it was online. And, although I am a thousand years late to the party, I will say, "Tisha Campbell, you make an absolutely beautiful bride."
I love you @Tisha Campbell Martin! You have always been a inspiration to me! You are a strong woman and mother! Keep shining God has a special plane for you 💕
This was such a beautiful video. It reminded me of my own wedding day and the joy it brought. The song is perfect. I believe love is truly the most powerful emotion.
Beautiful, Tisha! Just beautiful! Your spirit truly did shine through this video! I'd said if I ever got married again, I didn't want a wedding, but your video has inspired me.
I TOOK A MOMENT TO GET TO KNOW YOU JUST A LITTLE AND WHEN I SAY YOU BRING A REALNESS AND I THANK YOU FOR BEING A REAL WOMEN NOT MANY OUT THEIR THAT CAN MAKE YOU SMILE,LAUGH AND CRY ALL IN ONE MOMENT YOUR SPIRIT IS SO REAL AND POWERFUL KEEP BEING YOU MRS. MARTIN LOVE YOU AND TAKE CARE!!!!!
OMG you have been my inspiration since I first saw you. Seeing you blossom has been a journey and I admire how you overcame almost every obstacle in your path.... Such a gorgeous bride! =)
I wonder how they feel looking at this now that they're divorcing I really was hoping it wasn't true. Blessings to them and their family during their divorce.
I love that you shared this. ive been rollin deep with both of ya since the 80's...life is amazing. I smile in amazement that we are middle aged women now-still fly, still kicken it. God bless.
Thank you for sharing. I've been a fan of yours since Rags to Riches. I remember being a little girl thinking "finally somebody on TV that looks like me." :) You looked gorgeous on your wedding day. I love seeing black love. Congratulations on all the years that you and your husband have been together. Wishing you many many more.
wow good question janice because i have been with my husband for 36 years and i cant imagine being with someone else trying to figure them out and get to know them like i know my husband ijs i just couldnt do it ijs
...The same way you would in the case of death. Divorce is death. Just not death of a human life. It is death of a relationship, death of a particular promise, death of expectations for your future. With ALL death... we mourn. Each mourning differs, but you must process and proceed. Mourn and move forward. Otherwise, you die, yourself; which is what those who cannot cope, mourn, and move forward... do.
Easy if it's not working you go your own way. You don't stay with someone just to say oh we been together these many years we might as well stay married and be either unhappy, miserable, out of love. That's life sometimes you divorce and move on it's not a bad thing
Sadly there are a lot of women/men who see it the same and stay in a marriage they hate, cheat, get beaten, or are just miserable all because they're afraid to 'start over'. Hopefully she finds her happy, no one should stay just because of how long you've been with someone!
really appreciate Tisha and Duane sharing such wonderful moments of their special day. Marriage is work and as long as the two respect, and love and also communication is the big key, my husband and i have been married for over 25 years, we have our moments, and then we think of all the hard work we put in our marriage, and listening to what the creator of marriage tells us to do(bible) we will succeed, thanks again.bj
I'm crying. This was so beautiful. Really. Just knowing it's over, just seeing the video after her divorce was finalized where she looked at their house and was "happy to be free." I swear. I don't want this if it's not going to last. I'd rather die by myself. I'm crying my eyes out right now.
So beautiful! I came to youtube to see if I could find that final scene in Boomerang when you told Eddie Murphy off (it just came on cable - again) but I ended up finding this instead. Simply beautiful and a great song choice too!
