Because this card was designed for the TCG where there's no Maxx "C". And thus they tend to nerf cards even further than normal Konami usually makes the Card Design around the Roach's effect since they're designed for the OCG where Maxx "C" is the central card of the entire format

​@@alpha34098Just because TCG has no Maxx "C", they somehow love making an archetype with a lot of special summons and end with nothing (uhk... Beetrooper). But for Tistina, the 1st wave and the 2nd feel very different. It is like they suddenly change the designer of the deck and the new designer doesn't know what they want to do with Tistina. The 1st wave show Tistina as potential going 2nd deck, but then, suddenly TCG give some weird traps for them.

I’m still sad that Dreamirror looks as cool as it does despite being pretty much completely unplayable

i try to mix it to Icejade and some flip card but it's still not playable yet. Brick too much an easy to lose when meet SHS or Runick

​@@trantuan8742 Revolution Synchron is good for this deck, it can glue the deck with other decks that have better effects. Revolution Subterror Tistina, play Subterror engine as small as possible because your Tistina + Revolution can access Subterror field spell easily without normal summon. Or Revolution Tear Tistina, this is almost the same as the previous version but more flexible because Tear monsters are easier to summon and sometimes you can change the plan/combo depending on what you mill. I try it with Ninja, it is basically just Jioh turbo and worst version that I ever tried. . Subterror variant is very funny. You can normal summon Guru, flip it with Breath, and then flip it again with Subterror field spell. Icejade is more like WATER support, not Aqua, and Tistina core is LIGHT Aqua and some different attributes.

I saw a Tear variant since they have graveyard synergy

​@@FrostReave add Revolution Synchron and they can get more synergy. I tried it in EDOPro, too bad I don't have the resources to get Tear in MD.

They are great with tears and icejade

@@MakuraZalis I've been testing Tistina with Yubel in YGOmega and lord its fun. like all decks it will come off as bricky but any board wipe ends with you going plus more than your opponent. very fun deck kanye

They need a card which says "Your opponent's monsters cannot change their battle positions". Putting monsters face down gets around a lot of destruction/targeting protection, but if they can just flip them back up, what's the point?

this is what i am saying too it's pretty underrated with its lv 10 xyz capability and link summons plis wiping entire boards and graveyards

Ye, I'm primarily an Icejade player, but I just wrecked house of a Tistina player with pure Predaplant/StarvingVenom, so they can't be that good.
