On a huge cabinet job my 840 just went out. I had a back up pump assembly that I received from Titan when I purchased and this video got me back up and running pithing 30 min. Thanks, it was a lifesaver!
Do you also service Graco's? I'm curious how you'd compare their build qualities and which you'd prefer owning? I have a Graco PC Pro 490 and love it, but am leaning towards buying a Titan also, possibly one of their larger units, like the 640, 740 or 840, depending on which I can get the best deal on. Great videos!
I service all makes of sprayers from most all manufacturers. Each has their own qualities and deficiencies. There is no "one" choice. The comparisons are easily made with specs from each. The warranty and productivity of each is almost identical.
Very nice video. Thanks so much for taking the time to educate us. I was wondering, my 440 turns off after several seconds and the reset button on the machine pops. I think I might have an electrical or motor problems? Please advice!
If the machine does not prime, it could be a piece of trash stuck in the upper or lower ball. If the upper and lower ball are clear, do a repack. Check your piston for damage before installing it
I need to buy one of this I am in doubt on which one to buy or a new 440 or 540. has a person who wants to sell a new, modern 840 seme with digital board. would be a good deal? the 840 with digital board is a good machine?
There is not a lot of difference in the 540 and the 440. You will see nothing that makes one better than the other. The 840 will out perform both the 540 and the 440. The 840 can deliver more paint per stroke so that the machine does not have to work as hard or as fast. The 540 and the 440 use most of the same parts. Biggest difference is the motor on the 540 is slightly more powerful. I personally would not pay the difference in the 440 to the 540.
That could be a few things. Turn it off and what for a blank screen. When it goes dark turn it on. If it works, then no problem. If there is a power interruption this code will display. If you do what I explained and it works, then no problem. If this is not the case, let me know
