Finally. After experimenting for ages with Audacity to get an (almost) clear vocal recording from where this plays in-game, this beauty of a song is at last here.
This short tune is heard upon exploring the 'Knossos Palace' level in Greece, and (from what I remember) is the only place where it can be heard.
Half the trouble of finding this piece was that the game classifies this tune under the 'ambience' category. This means that even if you heard it the level was spewing sound effects akin to a hurricane, making it nearly impossible to clearly hear it on its own without extracting the audio file from the game's files.
As far as I'm aware this was never released on the official OST for the game, and as a result an official title for the song is unknown.
The Titan Quest OST was composed by Scott B. Morton & Michael Verrette.

Trivia:
This piece makes a return in the 'Atlantis' expansion, being heard in the ruins of the Tartessian city of Gadir.
