Mastiffs: Effective range? Oh, you mean everything before me. Eva-auto: Generic video game shot gun. P2016: Workhorse Mobazuqizbe: Fair? No. Ridiculous? Absolutely. Re-45: How many need to burn? Elite Wingman: Rifle in pistol form B3 Wignman: Here to kill Smart pistol: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! IT ALL BURNS!
I know right... that thing was the trolliest weapon in any videogame ever. Hence the nickname for people that use it: sp noobs. Good thing it's only a boost in TTF2, because it's not as ubiquitous anymore, especially with other boosts being the same or better. In TTF1, the Smart Pistol should have just been a burn card. Speaking of burn cards, who else thinks they were a much better and more interesting option than boosts?
Patsonical yeah burn cards were cool but I'd rather have the amped weapons boost have additional stuff added to secondaries. Like increased fire rate or something
Yeah, amped weapons seems quite mundane. It just amps the damage (and adds a lightning aesthetic to the MGL grenades). Also, some of the boosts are super useless. Phase rewind, particle wall, holo-nova, all are less useful versions of their ability counterparts. Phase rewind activates slower and you can't do anything (like reload). It would make sense if it returned your health and ammo to what it was 3 seconds ago (like Tracer's rewind). The boost particle wall doesn't amp your shots, like the A-Wall. Holo-pilot nova just displays 3 holograms instead of one, making it much easier to see past the deception. Holo-pilot nova should send out one hologram, that you could switch places with by pressing the ability key again (like a double/extra life thing)
The standard that you put to the videos takes it from a mood to an atmosphere. You seem to have become an epitome of putting on airs that even the Pilot Elites could envy. I look forward to your next transmission.
I agry , its a shame there is that charge rifle , its basicaly an anty titan Revolver if you add charge hack it also kill pilots in 2 shots just like the revolver
iBluairJgR would you like to see it so you can dual wield pistols I think it would be awesome for some of them. Also I think it would be fun if they added a throwing knife ordinance like the pulse blade but no pulse and maybe a slower movement speed
i'm currently decent with EVA, I hadn't really tried any of the pistols. They look exactly like what my play style has been missing. (i'll probably go with the auto though 'cause i have no skill, one of the wingmans is the goal though)
They're pretty enjoyable and deadly when you get the hang of them. p.s. the wingman is the ulimate goal for me too. If I'm ever good enough to make a wingman compilation. . .I'll be a happy man.
JGR I mentioned this before but what do you think about a Titan Colosseum where there are two ronins with sword cores and any blocked hit does no damage and you can only block for 3 sec
Oh man that would actually be a lot of fun. I wish that was an alternative to the existing Colosseum. It's fun but I've got 30 tickets saved up and I just. . . don't feel like it. I would feel like spending them if I could have a 1 v 1 Giant Robot Samurai duel lol.
One of my favorite videos so far) This one is just awesome! Just...please, continue doing vids like this one. More ass-falling specters, more guns, more Rob. My favorite loadout is R-201C with extra ammo, fast reload and X1 holographic sight. MGL Arc grenades (not sure about them though) Grappling hook In your face execution Hope that I didn't forget anything. Also, I sent you some friend invites in steam and origin, waiting for your accept) Smart pistol, RE-45 auto = best sidearms
Quicksilver I've tried the RE-45, but I just end up going back to my trusty Wingman, the ultimate PUA. There's nothing more satisfying than the solid knock of the Wingman Elite or the vapor trail it leaves as it travels towards my enemy's head.
An idea I had was basically a shotgun that is pump action that shoots thermite, which has travel time and bullet drop (and loses power that scales and doesnt suddenly drop to zero) but if not all pellets actually connect and kill, it causes burn damage. The burn damage is 5 damage, for 5 seconds, and the weapon fires Large shells, of which they are around 8 gauge. If your wondering 8 gauge is around the size of the shells of the shotgun in halo. Also it reloads from a tube of 4 and has a capacity of 5. The modification this gun can take is the equivalent to having slugs, which again have travel time and bullet drop but less bullet drop and more speed so they can use it effectively as a longer range weapon
The idea kinda came from her, but the reason why it has to be that way is because I imagine it being something like a futuristic "dragons breath" and act like a way to deal a little more damage to titans (being that a ball of material hot enough to burn through steel does slightly better than a equivalent to being poked) Also the reason why scorch can't use it is because (no offense to titans) the ai of the titans (in lore idea time) don't have the capability to use manual action weapons. The left hand is for steadying and reloading. -the lead weapons designer at pyroballistics, makers of the thermite cannons that scorch uses, the pf2 eruption (weapon name) , and the tgl-brimmstone (grenadier weapon that acts as a firebomb launcher)
I fucking LOVE the Hammond. First gun I got to gen 2, and my go-to sidearm anytime I need one. No one ever seems to expect it. Spray in someone's direction, nick 'em a few times with a shot or two and pause a sec... Then, the second they pop around to catch you reloading, BOOM. Face full of semi-auto amazingness.
Tricks and Treats patch discontinued my usage of Wingman Elite and SA-3 Mozambique... other than picking one up off the ground to replace my RE-45 Auto, Hammond P2016, or B3 Wingman for situations where my primary weapon is unavailable. Why did they make that mistake with the patch?
Ngl Wingman Elite was my main sidearm back when it was a sidearm lmao..I used it whenever I was running about with an AR. I unironically used the smart pistol when I was maining the Kraber for a few months.
this was like a documentary, no wait, it was. The music was the EXACT SAME, the dramatic tone was shown, and then it just turns into a normal video at the end. This simply humors me, i'm not annoyed with it.
I don't really consider myself the god-tier pilot this video would indicate, but I do very well with both the B3 and Elite Wingman variants- to the point at which they sometimes fill in for my primary while I'm using the Sidewinder. I wouldn't say the Elite is harder to use, just different, and that's mostly due to it having completely zeroed hipfire accuracy- a factor that definitely bears mentioning.
I use the Wingman Elite. This gun is so much fun. I remember when Smart Pistol was useless and easy to counter in TF1...but now I feel like you must hide as soon as you see "pilot locking"....
I've rewatched this video so many times because low key, I'm a sucker for mellodrama and this is sum great fuckin content, but I feel like I'm a little late to say it. I just feel as though it's important to mention that the wingman elite, stock, is a 4 shooter. Not 6. Jus helpin you out, friendly comment section browser ^^
Lets not forget the smart pistol only holds 2 clips of ammo where the others have infinite clips of ammo. I'll take my wingman any day over the smart pistol.
The problem with the Mastiff is that the Mozambique is just better, tighter spread faster fire rate, and what feels like faster projectile speed. The Mastiff needs a buff either to it's fire rate or to each pellets damage, it should be a won hit kill at close ranges like the eva or at least an easy 2 shot kill at close ranges
I might use cloak with the eva 8 auto, smoke grenade and some other stuff (thank u for makeing these vids they are giveing me new ideas for loadouts keep up the good work)
speaking of shield, the smart pistol is currently the only thing that can destroy that dang broken a-wall that for some reason still hasn't been fixed.
I watched this and said " that's a lie, the b3 wingman isn't that hard to use." about 3 sleepless nights and 6 monster energy's later I got to g2 with it
The smart pistol Changes the direction of bullets because it does not change the direction you face so basically it's not aim not the bullets are just like tiny homing rockets
I can't thank you enough for this video! Not only did it perfectly review the mentioned weapon categories, it also absolutely nailed your topic 'gaming for comedy' :D I both learned a lot about the game and laughed a ton while watching the video! Great job and keep up the good work! :D
I'm kinda glad respawn added the smart pistol as a boost, would've been happier if respawn just removed the smart pistol. The smart pistol was annoying as a pilot Primary in the first Titanfall
I spent a good portion of the beginning of Titanfall 2 wielding nothing but the Hammond P2, and damn is it a trust sidearm or in my case, primary. Love being a gunslinger.
i like to use the wingman not as a sidearm, but as a pocket sniper. it can 2 shot an enemy at any range and bullets go always right in the spot, whitch makes headshots super easy. it's funny to catch guys with alternators out in the open and just 360 guickscope them with a sidearm
I like how you speak to all audiences, people who want raw statistics, people who want the actual thoughts on a gun and how to effectively use it, and people who just want to watch your content(*cough* *cough* myself included)
Ha glad it's working out like that. The main inspiration for this series is "Top Gear" and I feel like their presentation had all of those elements. Trying to incorporate that as much as possible. Thanks for stopping by again
Glad to see someone using the Mastiff the right way. Too many people think that ADS is a sin in TF, and miss out on the crazy potential for downing pilots at range with a single shot.
Bunny hoping. I'm not going to do a tutorial on it but I've got a link to someone else's. They explain it well (it's the guide I used to learn it) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dKfmJd28KUs.html
After seeing this video, I can't wait to try out these weapons. Of course, I just "regen'd" so I'm gonna have to level up to them. Great video. Glad I subbed.
06:30 aww, that thing is so cute. Is that the futuristic kolibri or something like that? In the last game it looked like a pistol a military force would use, now it just looks like a tiny toy.
