there are guides for it but its depending on your internet and pc spec but its 8000 Kbps bit rate (do no copy this part this goes by your upload speed if im right its every 1000 kkps per 1mb upload or something like that) and 1920x1080 base and output most recommend 1536x864 for output though cause it puts stress on the stream
