Personally I'm just glad it had a story, titanfall 1 made me really really hesitant with its multiplayer story only, which was just a team death match

the game is impossible to enjoy when i try to play pvp and everybody there has 8 buckets of sweat next to their desks and my game settings dont even try to work properly

Its super hard not to on controller, pushing the stick perfectly to the left or to the right in the middle of a fight is rough considering the dead zones for controller

Holy shit, I've just recently reinstalled TF2 when Apex was having server issues and finished the campaign for the first time a couple hours back and I was struggling getting used to the multiplayer for the past couple of weeks, looking for decent movement tips and the MOKEY DELIVERED, A TUTORIAL YEARS LATER, damn I'm lucky

For evolved on controller DO NOT put titan dashing on to the same button as pilot jumping. It makes it impossible to hold defensive abilities on titans if you want to *look around at all* at the same time, which obviously makes flame shield and vortex shield completely useless as they only block one way. Just do evolved on custom controls, but keep dashing and defensive *for titans only* default. Trust me

Okay yes apex's and Titanfall's grapple are very similar but I find with the Titanfall grapple I keep getting better and I keep learning where as in apex there's a fat cap on what's your max grapple whip I went back to Apex and doing the best grapple I could with what tools I was given felt kinda juvenile compared to Titanfall 2 grapple... my opinion don't can't change my mind... But then again this video covers mostly everything I know in a brief but effective video big likes for this man

I’m on console, so I try to mimic pc movement in Titanfall 2. These advanced movement techniques help me to fight longer. I’m still a grapple pilot to this day because of Mokeysniper. Thank you Mokeysniper, if not for you I would not have discovered the gem that this Titanfall 2😁😁

Hey mokey I have a question do you have to hold crouch while grappling to airstrafe? Or can you just do it without holding crouch. Does this also apply to octane’s jump pad?

no you don't need to. It's a habit. It helps me to make sure to land in a slide, It helps my muscle memory/training since i have crouching and grappling on mousebuttons. With Air-strafing also beeing a part mouse-action my brain learned Movement=right hand. Also it looks cool 😎

@@Mokeysniper if you are crouching mid air or in a grapple its easier to burn out, if you dont crouch mid air you can strafe a bit tighter

@Mach crouching while bhopping makes it more forgiving in timing and such but if you dont crouch you can take corners sharper and jump a bit higher

Slide hopping is directional based. So you can hold forwards while slide hopping provided you are moving SIDEWAYS. Use forward and backwards while airstrafing sideways to turn in the air or while slidehopping.

Controller players swap jump and crouch to l3 and r3 (doesn't matter what goes where). It lets you jump, slide, wallrun and all that good stuff without moving off the thumbsticks

I love grappling around like crazy. Thankfully my wall running is pretty good but when it gets crazy i choke up sometimes. Been getting much better been having 20+ kill games which for me is great.

The only reason I don’t use hold crouch or hold r3 for crouch is because it hurts my thumb or find it awkward to look and crouch

this movement is complemented by the source engine! if you didnt know titanfall 2 is made in the source engine, yes the same engine that made half life 2
