So, a couple of years ago, the ads for Apex Legends drew me in, and I was doing reading about it, and saw that it was based on Titanfall 2. Titanfall 2 was on sale at the time, so I bought it. Best decision ever. If you want multiplayer, Apex Legends has the PvP action; if you want a great story, with the amazing awesomeness that is Effect and Cause (AKA Portal + Chrono Trigger's lovechild), _I can't recommend Titanfall 2 enough._ Also your reaction when the Pilot Commander says, "... seconds until Titanfall!"? I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one who A) said, "They said the thing!", but also B) felt the gravity of that scene. That's when you know generic FPS hero Jack Cooper has completely stopped being a grunt, and now he's every bit the heroic badass that the player characters in Titanfall 1 were.
I loved this game. The campaign and the multiplayer. Too bad EA drop the ball so hard with it. I mean who thought it was a great idea release in between Call of Duty 2016 and Battlefield 1?
