Thank you, Michael. I'll take the TS3 because the spin was more "normal" living around 2100-2400. Spin is good and on the golf course spin is control. I also get hyper-low spin every 4th shot with the rogue sz. Kinda cool SOMETIMES, but I need fairways.

I would like to see you add a little loft to the TS3 so the launch angle matches the sub zero and see if the extra loft = more yards

that would make sense since the spin #'s were very similar and the ball speed/clubhead speed was actually a little higher with the TS3.

I was thinking the same. I hope he does.

TS3 is already slightly higher on the spin, adding another degree would make the spin difference a little more noticeable, affecting distance further.

So Ss Rogue is a bit higher launching and lower spinning... interesting.

Mike, what weight setting did you use in sub zero?

Your longest hits are spinning too low with the Rogue, like a knuckle ball. Anything below 2k is too low in real world conditions from what I understand, even though those knuckle balls do seem to carry forever with no wind/on a launch monitor.

Studio not feeling the love since the boys departed. Bugger me sideways.

Very very close to be fair when looking at ball speed comparison ... at that point I’m picking based on what looks and feels best to me and then dialing it in to optimize the distance and dispersion

Of all the players I have met with sub zero including me none I mean none put weight forward all in rear all luv it but can not wait to test against TS2 not TS3. To see accuracy numbers and if it is within 5 or so yards can’t wait LOL Titleist

I have the weight forward in my SZ. I'm a higher spin player though in general, so it works for me.

I also have more weight in front which helps rotate face as I don't release hands at impact which can lead to pushes, might try in back again and see

Is there any difference in feel or sound with the regular Rogue?

I think you found what I personally found, and I know another online tester did as well, and that is the TS3 sits in the neutral position very very very slightly shut and it is more likely to produce a draw. Either putting the surefit to fade or flatting the lie mentally gives you the ability to go at it normally without worrying it will turn over too much. I ended up with both surefit to fade and flat lie - and the combo really allows you the peace of mind + the added mass behind a slight toe strike, to go at it. There is something about that driver that seems to produce 2200rpms spin for most people. If you can manage your game on course with lower spin then the Rogue Sub Zero is a great choice - otherwise 2200 is a great consistent zone.

Paul O'Neil just bought a TS2 and need it in the fade setting as well. I think the Titleist adjustments are a bit better because you can go fade of draw settings independently of loft adjustments

Played the Epic Sub Zero and really liked it but numbers on trackman were much better with the TS3...more ballspeed but more important much tighter dispersion ...and golf is so much easier from the fairway 😇Sold the Epic and ordered the TS3 with the hazardus smoke shaft.

Would’ve liked to see the heavier weight in the back position on subzero. The forgiveness would definitely increase

Great video, Michael! You said you HAD the Rogue Sub Zero in your bag for a while! What did you change to, and why??
@MichaelNewtonGolf

Change too G400 LST which was more consistent and I felt like I had more control and able to shape shots a little easier.

Nice comparison! I ended up switching out my Rogue SZ for the TS2, just works better for me, gained 10mph ball speed and 14 yds of carry with much much much tighter dispersion left to right and front to back
