Agree the best way to enter and cover the distance is with a cut chagi(yop chagi), then do what you want or better what is needed! congrats for a new cool content👏😍😬

I have a hard time turning my feet so it causes a lot of tension and pain. Do you have any tips to solve that problem? It's not like I can't it's juste my feet stick a bit to the floor
