Hello folks! !Today I will show you how to make homemade delicious sauce for any dish! I even add tkemali to scrambled eggs, dumplings, potatoes, etc. We are preparing to weave their green cherry plums. So, let's start cooking the sauce!
Ingredients: green cherry plum 2.5 kg (out of two and a half kg I got a maximum of 1.2 liters of tkemali), coriander, ombalo, dry dill with flowers as in the video, salt, red ground pepper and granules, garlic, ground coriander.
Method of preparation: put dry dill together with flowers on the bottom of the pan to cover the bottom. Next, put the washed tkemali and cold water on top to cover the cherry plum.
When the tkemali is cooked (as it will be soft, turn off the gas for ~ 30-35 minutes) and let it cool down.
Cut coriander, 10-12 cloves of garlic and ombalo only leaves (marsh mint), put everything in a blender, pour the juice of cherry plum (where it was cooked) and it's good to knock everything down, so that there would be the consistency of porridge.
The cooled cherry plum, rub through a sieve (large) with a wooden spoon and remove all the bones. And so that it is not thick, add the juice from the cherry plum in which it was cooked. In the mashed cherry plum, put porridge from marsh grass, garlic and coriander (what we scroll in a blender). Add dry coriander, pepper and salt to taste. Mix everything together. If it's thick again, you can add water where the cherry plum was cooked.
Put on the fire and stir with a wooden spoon until it boils. Next, turn off the gas and set aside in a cool place. As soon as it cools down, bottle it and put it in the refrigerator! Enjoy your meal!
