Happy 50th episode! 🎉 This is one of my favorite interviews! I must admit every time I’m stuck on something I search Suzanne’s videos before any other. I love how she demonstrates and teaches. I also love how she promotes others and wants them to learn her passion! Thank you!
So happy to spend my Saturday knitting outside in the shade watching two lovely ladies pleasantly discuss issues surrounding knitting. The video was a lovely treat!!
Wonderful interview, Irina! Suzanne's long been my favourite and it was lovely to get to know her better. Thank you for asking the question about teaching different types of students, it was interesting to hear Suzanne's perspectives on that. And I couldn't agree more about what she said about ripping back and re-knitting! Enjoyed this a lot.
Wow!!! This is so interesting. I love your knitting journey, Suzanne. The moderator is asking the right question. I'm a knitter - for years but very critical of my work because i'm such a self-taught layman. Whenever I get stuck with any knitting queery I refer to your tutorials. They are so straightforward - easy to understand.
I just found your channel from Barbara Benson RU-vid talking about being on yours. You are doing such a great job interviewing everyone. I loved what Suzanne Bryant said here about knitting entertainment cost of yarn, and frogging getting 2x the value of entertainment. What a positive spin!
What a wonderful interview! I love hearing the fiber stories that are shared. Thank you for all you do in creating these episodes! Looking forward to the next Fiber Chat.💕
So glad I found this. Definitely need to work my way through all your interviews. You have a wonderful way of pulling out information because you are such a good listener while they are answering . Going to be a big fan, I can tell.
I love the fact that Susanne’s videos get right down to what she is teaching. I don’t like the videos where they talk and talk and talk before they start teaching the skill.
This was a wondeerful episode, your best one so far! It was lovely to get a bit longer interview, and to get to know yet another new to me fiber artist. Thank you :)
I loved this interview. I have been a student of Suzanne‘s from the beginning of her Boot Camp classes that she does via Zoom and I know she is an excellent teacher. But it was nice to learn more about her journey and get even more of her insights.. Thank you so much!
I just LOVED this interview even though it was a year ago!! I was just scrolling through your videos and when I saw Suzanne Bryan, I knew I just had to watch it. I have watched several of her You Tube Videos...she is a wonderful teacher and it was such a delight to see her and listen to her on your channel...so thank you😊!
I have learn so much from Suzanne Bryan so I am so glad so progress to videos because with out that I would have the opportunity to learn so much Thanks Suzanne I love you olga
I found your channel from an Instagram post and have subscribed.....I watched this episode and will be going back to watch all the others....I am always looking for more fiber arts channels!
how fascinating to hear suzanne's experience. i thought i was a good knitter too, but ive been learning so many new things in recent 3 years. Suzanne is my favorite go to producer of knitting instruction videos. how fascinating that this was her first interview. yay. :) k2tog was always good enough for me, until i saw i had choices. i didn't even know the abbreviation for it until these recent years of learning. i was never a user of patterns, though i use charts and make them.
I love this interview!!! I remember when I took a class with a Lady, who was a master knitter, and the first thing she said to me was “your sweater is beautiful but is too big on you” witch it was but coming from her it was a like a bomb to me. Never wore it again.
I really liked this interview. I also wish Suzanne lives a long long ttime because I just Love her teaching. I get the same problem, too many sweaters, socks and shawls for my storing space. So I turned to gift knitting. ;-)))
@@Fiberchats My favorite is choosing the pattern and yarn with the recipeint, this way I know they will like the gift. ;-)The worst is when you offer a fingering sweater with a V neck and the non knitter recipient asks "Can you change the neck for a crew neck ?"
