I used to sail passed the Dome in my 1930s wooden boat, now if I saw all that security I'd have been worried and moved to the other bank to keep well away from em. In the 15 years I sailed the Thames I was only ever boarded once by the river police, but not before they apologized for putting up a huge wake.
