My 2023 TLX-S which I've had for 1.5 years just recently hit 6K miles. It still drives and smells new! I appreciate all your videos. One of the few channels I'm actually subscribed to.

Just got to 10k miles on my 2024 type S and had it since April 7th. Love it so far. I recently learn I can just drive in comfort mode on S mode (without using shift paddles) and get good MPG with the quick transmission response whenever accelerating on braking.

Im 40k miles in....jb4, lowered, spaced. What a car for 55k. I love it more now than when i first got it.

Love the car. The TLX Type S is best looking sports sedan in my opinion. I ended up buying a CTR, but the TLX was definitely on my shopping list.

8k miles on my 2023 Type S and very happy with it. Infotainment trackpad is a nuisance, but I've learned to live with it. I am constantly amazed at how sensitive the car is to driving style and drive mode - I can easily get an honest 30 mpg on the highway or no better than 20mpg driving aggressively.

Getting stolen left and right in the NYC tri state area. Get a kill switch right away if you're in the city. Other security options as well like Faraday case, secondary GPS, steering wheel lock and an OBD2 port lock. Anything to deter thieves. I have a 23 Type-S TLX and I love it! Same colors.

I love my stocked 23 Type S. After 10k miles, I had to replace the wiring harness and puddle lights. Otherwise, no issues. It's a great daily car.

I just got mine a few weeks ago, same color combo and everything. 2021 with now just over 35,000 miles as of today. I love it, it was my obtainable dream car and it is truly everything I thought it would be. Thinking of switching to the black badges and getting the OEM side skirt pretty soon

I had my 23 tlx type S, with stock brakes and had no problems what so ever. Never went to the track, but drove it everyday FAST. I loved the car while it lasted.

@@jasonwong9402the is500 definitely is more of a driver car, it’s a little bit lighter with 120 more horsepower, it’s RWD, and louder engine and exhaust. I’d get the is500 over the tlx type s if the is500 had AWD option, and more up to date interior

‘22 the biggest issue ive had is the powered windows being unresponsive to going up or down, sometimes just driver side, sometimes all 4 side windows. probably related but had the folding mirrors getting stuck folded or open, ambient lighting not coming on. all these issues happened cold mornings or after rain. no leaks were discovered. took 5 dealer visits before it was finally solved.

Limited my spirited driving with mine, it's been an amazing car to have and still drives like I just took it off the lot with no issues at all. I am looking forward to getting it serviced and perhaps you can feature it on your channel if time permits. Will be wrapping it down the road as well a nice 3m dead grey matte finish. Thank you!

Love the TLX Type-S, would like to upgrade from my 2021 2.0t Sport at some point, but the Accord is such a great daily and the TLX is still just a tad pricey right now to justify the move...one day, haha

I have some big issues with my 21 TLX-S. It doesn’t matter where I go, someone breaks their neck looking at it. I’ve had to pull countless panties out of the grill. It’s getting really annoying.

Really changed back to OEM cat interesting, I'm still running HFC & functionwerk exhaust paired with flowmaster super 10s, sounds terrific

I just got my 3rd one. Upgraded from a 22 to a 24. Lots of subtle changes. Improved throttle response makes the car feel ALOT more responsive and faster. Puddle lights seem to still be working after around a month. Is it an updated part number on the 24s? Can’t seem to find any info on 2024 parts myself publicly. Also noticed you removed your wireless charger and replaced it with the base model tray.

Love the car and the informative video, one quick question on my 2019 RDX radio display. I have seemed to loose one of the four quick selectors for the radio and I can’t get it to reappear. I questioned the service department I use and they did not know, is there any way to get it back. Thank you in advance.

@@louislinfante7378 you can try and do a battery reset for 14 minutes. If that doesn’t work and chances are it’s the display.

Very nice. I just hit 60k miles this week on my 2022 Type-S. I've been contemplating the K-Tuner, but have been cool with the current stock power (given the weight and inadequate brakes). I can count on 1 hand how many launches I have done, and still have fingers left. Hoping for good support incoming for the transfer cases. Still stock power levels. How are your red seats holing up? Mine are faded, and I was denied warranty coverage.

i have the 23 tlx type s and i noticed a thumping sound on the passenger side, sounded like i have a bubble on the tire but its only when i travel at about 25-30 mph, faster or slower than that it goes away, i checked tires and wheels and they are fine. kinda weird 🤨🤨

@@larryharry7221 yes, coolant consumption (very minimal amount over a long period of time is normal. In 32k I’ve only had to top off once about 1/2 quart if that.
