What if they made Bebop and Rocksteady for the live action movies? Despite they didn't appear in those. Speaking of the 2nd one. Bebop and Rocksteady were supposed to be in Secret of the Ooze, but Kevin and Peter objected likely because of facing legal clearences for the characters, and Tokka and Rahzar appeared instead. So, what if NECA made Bebop and Rocksteady anyway?

fun fact playmates refuse to make toys based off of tmnt 1990 becuase is too dark and to violence and swearing in there defense that movie is too much for kids :/ and THEY made toys based off of a sequel :)
