Amazing! Krang's voice is so utterly bizarre I had always thought it was altered by some kind of computer system, but no he did that naturally!? Mind. Blown.
Pat's voice acting as Krang is simply brilliant. I can't imagine any other voice while seeing Krang. For me Krang will always have a Pat's voice. I remember that from my childhood till now, those high-pitch and blurps right after. Pat Fraley is a genius for me. Greetings from Poland
I actually got to meet Pat Fraley at the 2016 RetroCon which was held at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA. Pat is a really nice guy. I took a photo with him at the expo.
I know a lot of people wish the old tmnt show had more action and serious stakes (like the first season), but to me, the show as always at its best as a comedy show, and Krang and Shredder were a perfect villainous comedic duo. They were like an old married couple. The performances made them great memorable characters.
Godd news, Pat Fraley had returned to voice as Krang once again for the upcoming episode "Trans-Dimensional Turtles" of the current season 4 of the 2012 series of when the 2012 version of the Turtles will meet their counterparts of the 1987 series.
Ha, I just looked this up because who ever impersonated krang was perfect, well, don't get any more perfect than the og himself. Thanks for that tidbit!
Pat Fraley was not only the voices of Krang and Slash, he was also the voice of Baxter Stockman too. I wish Pat Fraley had returned to voice as Krang again for the 2009 animated TV movie "Turtles Forever" of when the 2003 version of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles meet themselves of the 1987 animated series and the 1984 Mirage comic book. That is if the people of 4Kids Entertainment wasn't so stubborn of being a non-union company. I wish we "the many fans" had did something in our part to try to help reunite the original cast of Cam Clarke as Leonardo/Rocksteady, Barry Gordon as Donatello/Bebop, Rob Paulsen as Raphael, Townsend Coleman as Michelangelo, James Avery as Shredder, Pat Fraley, Peter Renaday as Splinter and Renae Jacobs as April O'Neil to be the voices of them again for Turtles Forever, like started an online petition in early 2009 to try to convince the people of 4Kids Entertainment to reunite the original cast to voice as the 1987 main characters again for Turtles Forever. I wish I had thought of that online petition of early 2009 before the animated TV movie "Turtles Forever" was first aired on the CW4Kids on November 21st of 2009.
Pat Fraley is so amazing! Honestly, he was always one of my favorite voice actors from my childhood! I had no idea he is also the cousin of Cam Clarke, another legendary voice actor!
I wish I could bust out a pitch perfect Krang whenever I wanted. I don't know how many people would get the reference in 2022 but I'd amuse the hell out of myself.
He is a very good voice actor he can change his voice very fast and seems to be able to come up and create a voice he wants realy fast I believe he played 50 plus characters in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1987 the main ones I believe he played was Krang, Slash, Casey Jones, Baxter Stockman, Zak the Nutrino, Burne Thompson, Vernon Fenwick I believe in season one, and characters Electrozapper, Granitor, Kazuo who is Shredders little brother and plays other voices.
