Does TNA know what they have in Kurt Angle? It's funny Lex Luger is know as the Toatal Pakage.All he does is pose.Kurt Angle to me is the Total Package.He can wrestle he can brawl he can do it all.Plus I have seen him do a moonsault.TNA wake up and take advantage of a commodity like him.Kurt is itelligent well spoken.He should be the flagship of the company.Also if you look at the vignettes he did while in WWE with Steve Austin and others he is funny as well.,
since kurt has such praise for benoit im only guessing this was done before "the incident" but I do hope that angle saw that as a wake up call to take better care of his health and quit pushing his body to the breaking point cause in the end nothing good will come of it
forget the fact that kurt is a 2 time gold medalist, or world champion. the fact that he can understand what the that guy is saying, is worthy enough for me..
Unfortunately not! Only 3 dates Liverpool, Coventry and Essex. I am personally hoping that this works for TNA and they come back next year using a proper promotions company and tour the whole UK.

Must admit that and the delay on the PPV's here in the UK make it harder to get into TNA. I am hoping smeone like Setanta would pick up the TNA Pay Per Views and add it to the package on the sky digital network. I would pay a little extra for live feeds.
Yea, I just heard about TNA dropping the ball on RVD and Sabu, that sucks. But I have hope for Lashley, when he was in WWE, you could just tell that the guy had more to give if they would loosen the restrictions in ring, or gave him somebody that was just as athletic as he is.
lashley, i actually saw him once in Mexico in AAA really weird AAA has gotten a lot US wrestlers like The truth(which btw is making returning to wwe), kenso suzuki, some Hart Foundation, i even saw Sabu, and i forgot what others but i seen a few and it kind of shocked me!
What I meant was that, if he's going to count every title, that's like saying CM punk should count his indy titles as well.. I mean, that would make him 3 time or so forth correct? Like I said, since Angle is comparing to Flair and his runs, he should take the same route and count the titles that matter in pro wrestling.. And that is the major world titles in the top companies.
I do like how the TNA championship can go to some of the smaller talent, WWE made JBL hold his for way to long, then they did it again with John Cena, Rey Mystrio didn't hold that long at all. WWE picks the power houses and lets them hold the title beating out pretty much the entire roster.
I must admit I hate the six sided ring and even after all these years can not get used to it. I don't know what it is, but it makes it a lot harder to concentrate on whats actually happening during the matches.
Why is this flagged? This is true. Only a few standout for pure wrestling talent, Kurt Angle, Chris Benoit, etc. If you really think The Rock or Austin, even Bret Hart are the best there ever were, your knowledge only spans WWE.
What he says about the top guys in wwe holding the decent talent back (jeff hardy, shelton benjamin,ruined Hass's career,matt hardy, CM Punk etc) out of, i believe the top 13 wrestlers, 7 of them are close friends, HHH,HBK,ric flair(just retired)orton,cena,Batista,edge, while the remaing 6 wrestlers i'm unsure if they are part of this group,taker,mysterio,Jericho,kane(though holding him back),Kahli,bigshow.
I love Kurt, but well it's 2-3 years later, and TNA is still in the same shape it was in 2-3 years ago. I have been watching lately, and it is hard to watch but I'm trying to give them a chance..
Well he said World Champion, and the only WWE or World Heavyweight championship holders that aren't working for WWE currently are Brock Lesnar, RVD, and Goldberg. Lashley would be good too, but ANY of those names would be a good fit in TNA in my opinion
lashley fougth in AAA for triplemania as a guest superstar, they did that every year. but after that he and carlitos went to do the same in puerto rico and the he sign with MMA

i think thats a very flawed argument by kurt because the biggest names in tna are booker t, kurt angle, scott steiner, sting and kevin nash, all have been at the top for decades
i hate the fact everyone says that angle is the best ever behind bret hart. Kurt Angle is the best wrestler ever. He can do anything and everything in the square circle. Bret was limited, Owen could do alot more and be alot more entertaining. The whole bret owen fued was made by Owen as he made it interesting. Kurt is the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be!

A great, great, great wrestler, i mean he had an amazing gimmick at wwe, and i think he still belongs there, vince made a mistake,they lost one of the best wrestlers, mean he has 50% more moves then most of he wwe wreslers. But cmon tna will never beat wwe in ratings, o its true, sad, but true.
TNA is the number one wrestling company for me. WWE has not entertained me since the attitude era. The level of wrestling is a 1000 times better than WWE's.
That's wrong. The wrestler is contractually bound to do his work, and the punishing schedule sometimes makes people make the wrong decisions. Personal responsibility is very important, we both agree on that, but I think once you sign a contract with a company, you're obliged to fulfill it.

For everyone who hates tna, u need to stop. If tna succeeds it will only be GOOD for wwe. Controversy not only creates cash, it creates great ideas from the competing companies. Kurts right. When wcw started turning up the heat on nitro, wwe got better than ever. If theres no competition in the business, i feel promoters can get lazy and not be as creative as they would be if they knew the next weeks ratings could suffer due to a competing promotion. So...knock it off and pray tna does well.
Nice list... TNA builds up their belt by not having it change hands that many times. WWE's titles (both) dont really mean anything when it gets passed around so much.

One thing really gets me "In 5 years TNA made profit" they created a video game, they're touring in the UK and all of that in 8 years of existing. TNA is fast growing company. lol i watched the royal rumble 2003 match...they have way more than one punch!! and they hit the ropes alot more than jus one time!! it was a great match..maybe the best technical match ever!

TNA would be wise to fly under Vince's radar rather than provoke him every single week. He lives to face down stuff like that. He also doesnt feel the need to give them half the publicity that they give him. Kurt talks about storytelling and he's right. TNA matches dont tell a good story. The few who can tell a story dont get the push. Kiddies and women are the main target audience, funny cos it's mostly guys who watch it.

@Undiabolical WWE needs to build main event stars on Raw because so many WWE main eventers are hurt Like Triple H and Randy Orton(I know he is still in the picture, But he can't do much because of his Dislocated shoulder). And WWE has just started to push Sheamus and The Miz Because they need too. Cena NEEDS to put Sheamus over because theres no top heel on RAW with Orton going face and Chris Jericho gonna be out soon they need to elevate young stars like Smackdown did with Jack Swagger.

First off, great interview.. Kurt showed a great amount of class. BUT.. Kurt says he's 12 time champion... Wtf? Is he counting his amature titles? Because he was either 5-6 time champion WWE, then so many at TNA.. That doesn't equal 12 does it? I have a feeling they are doing that just to get over HHH's title reign. Which is funny and sad in a way.
