As is the case with most 12-13 yr old boys, Shon's voice changed rapidly over the season, lots of cracking, etc. In fact, between July and September (4 weeks), his voice dropped 2-3 whole notes, and this is most noticeable when comparing the music video for "Be My Holiday" to his finale performance of the same song. Shon would like to thank #TNS7 vocal coach, Jasmine Denham, for assisting him through this very difficult period. And thanks to everyone else for supporting the young performers on the show, including my little brother, Shon! They all worked sooo hard. Cheers everyone!
Hey Shon, great job this season, it was the best summer ever! You're so relaxed on stage and have a way of making everything look easy, even though there's a lot of pressure involved. Looking forward to seeing where your passion for music, writing and acting leads you. You're one talented dude! Keep up the good work!
