I’ve never tried a sugar free whole grain version, but personally, I’d make it with your choice of whole grain flour, no sugar, but when ready to eat, drizzle a little bit of honey or your choice of all natural organic syrup, and enjoy. But if it interested now to make a whole grain sugar free version. When I do, and I’ve perfected it, I’ll definitely let you know 🤗

I make two trays of batches. So I bake @275 for about 20 minutes, and then switch the trays from top to bottom, and bake for another 10-15 minutes. But the timing depends on how you like it. I like it perfectly fluffy so at about the 30min (total) mark, I take them out. The OGs here like it well done with the bottom mildly burnt 😂 so I leave it in longer than 30mins lol so the timing depends on your preference. Also, you gotta experiment with temp too cause every oven is different. Let me know how yours turns out. 😋
