Carrie is deciding whether or not she should sell her place after she and Aidan are being kicked out of Che's apartment. Carrie meets Aidan's ex and she is warned not to hurt him again. Miranda can't get any sleep at Naya's place because Naya is getting her groove back. But Miranda is now concerned that Brady and Lilly might be having something after she begged Charlotte to have them hang out. LTW is finding it hard to manage her career, her family and her husband's campaign at the same time. Seema has a new man in her life but he isn't marriage material but has found a buddy in Aidan. I also TRULY love how Seema was so honest about Carrie’s relationship was affecting her. That’s what adults do. Their relationship is so much stronger because of it.

Miranda and her wardrobe are making a comeback! And I think Carrie's apartment will somehow transfer to Miranda or the neighbor girl...aint no way this show is letting go of that iconic brownstone.

Yes! I totally forgot about Miranda! I thought they were foreshadowing for the neighbor chic to move in but that would be another character that we don’t need right now. I’d love to see Miranda take the apartment and how Carrie will act. Will she be judgy with Miranda’s styling? Will she be annoying and try to come over everyday? Apartment drama! Such a good idea for Miranda to take it! 🙌

I really hated the first season, but I'm liking this season a lot more. And I thought this was maybe the best episode so far. Also, you did forget to mention Carrie's downstairs neighbor, the young jewelry designer, getting kicked out of her apartment. Seems pretty clear that Carrie will either be selling or renting her apartment to her, thus passing on the torch.

Carrie received her clarity in this episode. Remember she said to the gut at the party that her husband was a great man and it was a wonderful marriage that ended way too soon 😊

I love this version of Carrie and Aidan more than the original one and love that all the characters have shown growth throughout these 9 eps. Even Che :) The show is slowly becoming a polished version of what it needed to be in 2023, not a rehash of tropes from twenty years ago.

I’m watching the replay in NJ! Episode 9 was great! Carrie should still keep her apartment-even John knew she needed it. Miranda could live there or sublet it. My heart goes out to Naya-her ex is heartless!

I love that we're seeing the progression of Carrie and Aiden. If you remember they met back up in the second movie. It's always been clear that she loves him but she never wanted the same life as he wanted, pushing her into BIG's hands.

Nyahs husband is so trifling. He clearly was cheating. I actually didn't hate him but now I do. My stomach dropped when I saw that. He should of at least told her. The way Big told Carrie he's engaged before she saw it in the paper. Some respect and common decency. Ugh

I didn't understand why Aidan told Carrie she didn't have to sell her apartment because the two of them are living in the "here and now" but yet still can't step foot in her apartment because of the past. So, what would his solution be? Neither one of them wanted to keep spending money on hotels, but they can't go to her place. So she really has no choice but to buy a new spot. 🙄

Hey Kempire, I'm watching the replay here in Dallas, TX. I really enjoyed this episode! I rate it a 9. The last three episodes have been solid. Reminds me of original SATC! Also, Carrie & Aiden's chemistry as a couple is definitely giving original SATC. I love it!

I absolutely LOVE Naya! I thought it was in poor taste and insensitive for the ex-husband to post a pregnancy announcement with another women so soon after divorce. In my opinion seems what they had for so many years - after seeming to be so in-love - to move in that quickly and put it in her face that way, seems disrespectful to what they once shared. He should have at least been considerate of her feelings.

Miranda and Brady's matching hair! Charlotte's Beautiful Floral Red Dress and The Fabulous Sema doing Sema! Carrie and Sema worked together before on SJPs other HBO show The Divorce! If I was the actress that played Aidens wife (Bergers real wife)I would have turned the role down with a post it. Sorry, I Can't, Don't Hate Me LOLOLOL!

Regarding Carrie and Big - I too like to think everything happens for a reason, and we all have to go down different paths to get to where we must go. However, Big treated Carrie like crap! And she allowed him. He dated everyone and even married - making Carrie “the other women”, when she dated him first. Then circled back to Carrie 10 years later, and was like - Ok, you’ll do - now I’ll marry you - and even then humiliated her then too!! What a bloody mess!! And in the meanwhile Carrie treated Aden like crap during that time as well.

I’ve always loved Aidan so much. I love how maturely they’re handling the storyline and Carrie’s evolution as an adult. The way she owns everything that happened with him and the way he said “we will both hurt each other” They both deserve this moment. ♥️

I'm glad that Aidan, new physique and all, is still goofy in tightie whities. Don't nobody want to hear or think about what them kids are doing. Was devastated for Nya. Happy for Seema. Miranda is turning a corner and needs to get her own space. They probably have the first floor apartment and Nya's "bedroom" is a dining/living room with bathroom next to it. Knowing NYC apartment living, it probably wasn't renovated that way.

The makeup/airbrush work on Aiden’s body to give the elusion of tone definition was superb. Almost convinced, bravo to the HMU department, so integral but often overlooked. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

On S1 Mr. Big is described as being another Trump. I wanted her to choose Aidan but she blew it. He was too good for her. His youngest son is Wyatt Earp like Doc Holiday from the Old West. My fan theories are Wyatt or something dealing with the children forces Aidan to choose his life in Virginia with his boys or Carrie in NYC. I couldn't believe Charlotte and Harry would realistically send their teenage daughter out in a vortex to loose her virginity and following after her to buy condoms. She didn't respect the boy's parents wishes. You can be sex positive and establish/respect boundaries. Also does anyone think Dr. Nya and Miranda will start dating? Che 2.0 is more likable🤔

I LOVE your recaps!! Unpopular opinion but I'm still not a fan of Aidan, then and now. He's just so meh. Also, Carrie doesn't have a maternal bone in her body. She's definitely not equipped to stepparent three teen boys, one who they're clearly hinting is autistic.

How is LTW not too old to get pregnant naturally at this point? As someone who works as an acupuncture position in the Fertility space… Let me tell you that that is not at all realistic… Happy for her and Herbert, though!
