I haven't kept it up, sadly, because it was hurting my jaw when I would puff out my cheeks (the way you're supposed to play). But I think I just need to start with smaller amounts of time, and then work my way up so I can play longer.

@@MaryHamerMusic - I used to play the clarinet when I was a kid and the amount of lung power required used to almost make me faint. As much I love the duduk, learning it puts me off because of my clarinet trauma. :)

@@steveymoon Totally understandable!! I had to learn a lot of breath control with the clarinet and I think knowing how to play it helped me to even make a sound out of the duduk.
