Just imagine if she was non relaxed her would be super thick. Some folks do need a relaxer depending how dense their hair is. I'm natural with fine strsnds but relaxed hair would make my hair paper thin!

hey Bri i have been following you from the "hardly washing my hair phase" lol and you were texlaxed. You have transfer to relaxing now right? but i notice that you have so much texture in your hair before flat ironing? what do you cosider your hair to be now? relaxed/texlaxed? i leave texture in my hair too, but i find if my hair looks like yours after washing i feel as though its underprocessed? I am also a relaxed hair youtuber.

You're an inspiration! 🎉 I'm anxious about relaxing my hair at home. The last time I washed my hair at home, a couple years ago, it got so dry and damaged. I had to trim a lot off. Maybe the oils and conditioner didn't agree with my hair. Currently, my hair has bounced back. But I've never washed/relaxed my hair at home since that day. I would love to learn how to relax and wash my relaxed hair at home, though. It's currently long (almost down to my mid back and thicker than it was years ago). I'm surprised my hair has survived😂 Because the hairdressers at the saloon usually apply too much relaxer, up along the already relaxed strands. I complain, but they don't listen. And some don't even use any heat protection before they apply heat to my hair. I'll have to bring my own. Just imagine how much healthier our hair would be if we all had the skill to relax our hair properly at home. If my hair can survive these salons, it will definitely thrive if I can figure things out on my own😂
