To Your Eternity Season 2 ED (HQ) 

I'm 9 months late but Masashi Hamauzu (the one who made this ED) also made the ED for season 1, and there was no full version. Therefore highly unlikely there'll be a full version for this one.

The song is called Roots and is made by Masashi Hamauzu, but it's not on Spotify.

It's roots but they haven't released the official soundtrack yet anywhere

One year later, it’s still not on there. I searched a little but no deep digging. Tag me if someone finds it on Spotify! Really sad it ain’t on there ;-;
