Hello Everyone, Here is my newest project. Toasty Toes Slipper Socks. Simple single crochet pattern, no complicated heel, very easy pattern. Craft Show Favorite!!
Thank you CG! I finally found a pattern that did not start with a darn ring! Ive made many slippers for my family but not by a pattern I always just did it on my own. Now I can share this with my cousin who is just learning to crochet.
Hi! I learned to crochet 4 days ago via RU-vid, for the specific reason of crocheting socks/slippers. This is so easy! I am only 15 rows in, but I got that far! I tried a bunch of other tutorials on here and they always mess me up starting with a circle and dc. Hopefully I can pull these off, you are a wonderful teacher, lthank you!!!
Hello Everyone, it has been brought to my attention I made a typo in the instructions for the gauge. The correct info is 14 sc and 15 rows = 4 inches NOT 14 inches. Sorry for the mistake, I will get this corrected as soon as the person who does my videos comes again. Thanks for your understanding, and thanks e2cmmm for letting me know.
These are so cute!! I’m going to add these to my crochet projects list. I enjoyed watching your tutorial, very easy to follow. Thanks for sharing! God bless you! ☺️
I love this slippers. I have been looking for a pattern like this one. Thank you for posting it. I plan on making many for gifts this winter. Blessings.
thank you for sharing! I have been looking for good slipper sock tutorials. I have seen others but I don't like they way they were presented. looking forward to making Christmas gifts with this pattern. 😁
Thank you for sharing this!!! I looked around quite a bit before choosing this one. It was very easy to follow...even with the edits. They turned out perfect & fit me just right! Two thumbs up :-)
Thank you! I really enjoyed making these slipper socks! They turned out very pretty. You are such a great teacher! I look forward to working on many more projects with you😊

Teee hee hee!!! I love the dramatic horror movie music between 13:10 and 15:40. Thanks for the crochet slipper guidance. Very easy to understand for a newbie like me.
Loved your video..you made it so easy to follow. I have already completed one slipper while watching...on to the other now...need it.very chilly here in London England 😁 🎃
Hi Creative Grandma, I love all your videos!!!!!! You make it so easy to understand, so i would like to thank you so much for all your help!!!!!! Your awesome!!!!!!
Hello Creative Grandma! Love the socks! Beautiful color combination. Can you make some Leg Warmers? I know they are ol' school 🤗 I would love to learn how to make some. I'm from Chicago Illinois and it gets very very very cold here. You are my favorite Crochet Instructor🤗🙏🏾💝
Very nice pattern. If I want to go up or down in size, what would you recommend? If I'm asking a question that was already answered in this video, I'm sorry. Thank you, Glenda!
I've got one made, one more to go!! LOVE it! I'm using Yarn Bee Soft & Sleek color "teal stripe" for toe and cuff, & "berry mix" for main area and 1 row above cuff. It's so pretty I wish I could upload photo!! I have a big foot so I used 6.5mm hook & I added a couple extra rows only on main area and heel. Love the style of the toe part of these!! If anyone needs help i'd be happy to try helping❤
I just saw this and had to make them right away. I was working both socks at the same time. lol. I made them in contrasting colors so I know my daughter won't take them. lol.. thank you so much!!! the only thing I noticed is that you kept saying double crochet instead of single crochet. but it is a very good tutorial. kudos! stay blessed!!
Hello Joyce, I am so happy you liked the slipper sock pattern, I did notice I said dc in the video so instead of remaking the video which is alot of work, I did put a correction on the screen to say sc instead of dc. sometimes my brains do not match what my mouth is saying. LOL Now you need to make your daughter a pair LOL
Creative Grandma , I made 2 pairs today. sorry, I wasn't complaining about the DC. I was listening to ya, rather than watching because I was making 2 socks at the same time. I just made a pink pair with a wider cuff that's ribbed. idky it took me so long to attempt to crochet socks... I was primarily a knitter although I learned crochet first. ty again. stay blessed!
Joyce you are one talented lady to be able to make 2 at the same time. I hope one of the pairs you made today was for your daughter LOL you know she will end up with a pair sooner or later. I am so happy you are enjoying your pattern. happy crocheting.
I think I could make these. is it possible to flip your videos to make them left-handed friendly, too? A playlist of your videos that are left-handed friendly would be fabulous for us lefties! thank you. I truly appreciate how you teach and go slowly to follow. 😊🐩❤
Hello Donna, I am still new to making videos and have to depend on other people to do my video downloads and things, I was only able to get one video flipped so far, I am trying to get more flipped for the left-handed out there, but only have the person who does the computer work a few hours a week. Hopefully, I will learn how to do it soon and be able to get more listed.
yes pls.... I am a lefty too, would love to see the left handed tutorial, I am a beginner to at the age of 56 :) a written copy would be much appreciated thank you... bonnicimdoris@gmail.com
Question..? Could you make these in a smaller weight yarn and how would you increase lots of s crocheters looking for sock patterns there is a CAL going on.....thanks love this pattern
