I've never been so emotionally attached to a character like i was with francis i was traumatised by the fact that the killed you then brought you back then killed you again. I felt betrayed and cried so much.
Same! I recently started to watch Reign and I knew he was going to die so basically I was crying since the first episode of season 3...and I'm not kidding. Every time he appeared I was like "why does he have to die, he is too good, why😭" and tears rolled down my face. I need to stop getting so emotional bc he is not really dead but 😂😂😭
i literally just finished watching that episode and i can't even carry on watching. I just searched reign on youtube and i found this and i thought it would make me feel better but i feel so upset still over francis.

I just watched the episode of Reign where Francis dies. I had to watch this again for the sake of my sanity to separate the character from the actor. Otherwise I'd be crying over the death of a TV show character all night. That would not be healthy!
He really fastinates me. His way of thinking is amazing and i love how interested he is in art and books and people. I hate the fact that he dies!! He and mary were so cute

+Ikram It's a matter of history, Ikram. History is the spoiler, not the person who posted about Francis' death. Remember that although there is a LOT of fiction thrown in, the story is about Mary, Queen of Scots and her first husband, Francis, King of France does die not long after their marriage. The show does try to follow the major events of what really happened. But I'll be surprised if Toby isn't on some sort of screen before too long if you're a fan of his.

But we never knew when or how it would happen. +schokoladendonut shattered that little piece of hope I had. Which is sad. I'm a fan of Toby, but I honestly can't imagine watching Reign without Francis, and not just because he's portraid by Toby.
I love how genuine he is.. he gives so much thought to each question. Not complaining, I could listen to that voice come out of him all day. Currently avoiding the death scene on Reign.
Toby Regbo is brilliant, really extremely bright, a great young actor, in spite that I am from a complete different generation and country, I am Argentinean and he is a Brit, but I feel that he has such an incredible common sense, and his view points, are mine in most cases. Maybe he is very mature for his age, but I am convinced if he continues working hard, he will be one day like his favourite actor David Attenborough, Chapeau for Toby would be a pleasure and a great honour meet him and have a face to face talk about life, acting, political ideas, principles, he is a very ethical young person, he has a deep sense of moral. I must say that I admire him, and obviously his family, what he is, quite sure is because his upbringing was marvellous, again he is a magnificent guy, which deserves lots of respect and admiration, not only for his outstanding job as an actor, but as a very valuable human being, my best wishes Toby, in spite that you are not a convinced believer God bless you now and always, you have a BIG HEART AND A UNIQUE SOUL.
I think it would be so wonderful to chat with him because he is so interesting and the way he explains things is so amusing yet fascinating, he is so intelligent and full of stories. I feel like you could talk with him for years and not get bored

Wow. Came here because I'm rewatching reign and was curious about Toby but man, he is such an intelligent and open minded person! Being interesting enough to keep my attention for nearly half an hour just sitting down and chatting is one thing, but to make me ponder different things I never would have is something else. Amazingly, I conceived my son about the time of your birth. Haha! The two of you are 9 months apart in age and listening and watching your Q&A anazes me because you were about my son's age and so completely different. My son was a baby grew up loving Land Before Time and Barney!! I watch the Latin so many times on the VCR- the old days of the 1990s- I remembered all of the lines to Aladdin and just a few months because I watched the movie everyday with my son. I was working evenings and nights and his dad was a police officer during the day at the time. Interesting listening to you answer these questions and Reign was completely awesome!

I was in a horrible mood today, like, you know, there is a war in the country, the neighbourhood is under attack, some part of the country is occupied, everything's so shitty and bad, and it's total darkness and Mordor all around. And then it's your video happened, and you brought to me some positive and lightful peace somehow. I feel better, I wanna smile. Pretty strange things to say to a stranger, I feel a little awkward, but living under the war menace you come up with a thought that you don't have time on... er...doubts? Sorry, my English is bad. Threats of violence are certainly not fun...throw off all your creative processes, as all your energy going into the much more basic...SURVIVAL....for yourself, your family, loved ones...and even for neighbors you hardly know. If possible, suggest you try to wind down your days by writing in a diary...or perhaps maintain some king of BLOG...not for anyone else...just for YOU. You may well find that y writing out your feelings/goings-on from your day may help you to move forward...even with all the crap that surrounds you. When the feeling strikes, you may feel the need to read older sections of your journal/journey...give you some perspective of what you/yours have been goung through...but always, always loook forward to your next entry. Try not to let in become a "chore"/a job that you MUST complete...hopefully with time, it may become a much more natural part of your day. When I was @16 years old, an english teacher of mine knew I was going through a "rough patch"...a close friend lost some family members, other friends had moved away, my mother was in the hospital for a long period of time. She gave me an @300 page unlined, bound journal...wrote in it until about a month after I graduated high school. I'm still amazed when I look through my writings. at how SERIOUS everything was to me at the time...made me a stronger person, but allowed me to also build a more CREATIVE side...some humor, some introspection, some confirmations of my hidden anger...from several sources. BY writing at the very end of my waking day, I believe it also helped be sleep better, reduced overall stress, and helped me move forward with a little mire direction/focus the NEXT day. All the best.

Cant get over how curly and wavy his hair is and how blue his eyes are he seems one of the nicest people in the business and that show business has not gone to his head at such a young age. Joanna Lopez omg hahaha. My boyfriend is pretty cute, although he cut his hair off 😢 he's looking less like Toby now, but I love him to death and he's still so handsome to me! Although Toby is kinda changing like his hair looks darker and stuff. I can't wait to see Toby in The Last Kingdom but I'm scared I'll hate it because his character is an asshole and not at all like Francis!
The type of actor and person who raises curiosity initially by his looks, and then he speaks.
