Today is a bad day.

Hey there! I know today has been a tough one, filled with self-doubt and uncertainty about my path. I've been questioning my goals, my niche, and whether anyone even cares about the content I create. It's easy to get stuck in that negative headspace, wondering if I'm just wasting my time on this "speaking English" endeavor.
But I'm trying to embrace the bad days as part of the journey. We all have moments where we feel lost, unmotivated, and unsure of our value. The important thing is not to let those feelings consume us. I'm doing my best to accept this day for what it is, ride out the wave of self-doubt, and keep moving forward. After all, the clouds can't stay forever - brighter days are ahead!
And btw just so I get it out there: I’m really fine! It’s just one of those days! ☺️

When you are stuck, go work in the garden and work hard. Sweat while working. You will touch nature and you will feel connection to nature and turn your thoughts facing outward instead of inward. Nature heals when you interact with it.

Keep doing what you're doing Henrick. It's a rare honesty that a person shares their vulnerability. Many people struggle with so many different trials and tribulations and we all do the best we can to push forward. There is definitely an energy shift taking place and it wears people down. It's like the frustration and heaviness before a storm then when the rain breaks the air is fresh and people feel better. As long as you keep love in your heart you will be okay. ♥️♥️♥️

Hi Henrik, first of all, I'm sending a great big hug to comfort your tears; when I saw one roll down your cheek, my own eyes teared up. So know that there is a lot of care for you out there. 🥰 Reading through the comments from your kind followers, everybody had good things to say. One of the things that resonated with me is about wanting to see the light. And that we do, we all want to see the light at the end of the tunnel. But, there is a saying that without the darkness, we can never really, truly see the light. I think it's our human experience to be lost in the wilderness at times, groping for hope, and feeling so downtrodden, we sometimes don't really know how to get back up on our feet. But with hope, we will, we will rise above all that would threaten to cast us down. My own walk in life has been anything but a path strewn with roses, at least for a long time. Rather it is a rocky, steep, mess of a trail. And in recent times, there has been an overwhelming amount of trial to try to handle. But one of the many other very good things (another "momism") for me that rings so true, is that my mom always taught me that even when things seemed so bad, very sadly, there is always somebody out there who's hurting way worse than you are. We all want to feel better, but somehow it helps me to at least put things into perspective. You know what? While I don't know you personally, the person I see before me in your videos does not seem at all narcissistic. Rather I see you as someone who is trying to put forth all the goodness given to you in your heart, reaching out to other people with love. Love! Really, it doesn't get much better than that. It truly has been great to find you out in the land of You Tube, and now on Instagram too.I thank Jonna again. She in so many ways, even being so far away, along with Cecilia Blomdahl, and some other RU-vidrs, mostly fellow Swedes, oddly enough, well you've all helped me get through a really hard time that I've gone through in the past couple of years now. Jonna and you both, in particular, in many ways seem like kindred spirits to me. I do believe that can really help us, to find that connection. Especially so when we are searching for a sense of belonging again in our lives. So please keep on doing what you're doing, I hope in English, because I think it will take a while for this part Svenska flicka to learn enough Swedish to understand your Swedish podcasts! 🥹💝💖🩵💛

I guess that’s what happens as a human beings, when one challenges our existence, and begins, once again to question our purpose. If I may, don’t question, you are marvellous doing what you are doing and you are bringing in many who understand and connect with you. As you say, don’t think and let your true being out to the world! You are incredible and unique!

Henrik you are not alone I feel the same way too... it is hard sometimes because we want to see the light in the dark, but its important to be ok with our emotions. " today is bad , ok cry" but also don't keep sadness inside of you the next day is new so its possibly a new day

I feel stuck too, I want to be free, just "be"... But I'm running around getting nowhere. Instead, I should just be kind to myself, and let everything go that bothers me, especially the things I can't change right now. I'm coping with c-ptsd and some form of autism. It's not who I am, but those boxes represent some of the characteristics I recognise in me. The part of autism came out just recently, and I decided to embrace it. And be very kind to myself. One of the mistakes I make is comparing myself with what others find "normal", like having a "niche" 😂. What if I just want to be, be my best self, my most authentic self? Which means having "bad" days as well? Hi, I just found you and your channel, nice to meet you.

Oh how I feel you! Thank you for sharing and thank you for finding me! Your thoughts about your experience and journey sounds wise and I totally understand the challenges! But one day, I think, you’ll suddenly realize that most of what burdens you now are far behind! 💜🙌

Honesty and authenticity❤ Fuck the niches. Feeling deeply is a gift, continue "doing a lot of existing"😅, this is what we are here for! Living and feeling deeply, even if it isn't always easy in our society...and you know, even if you reach just a couple of persons, if these persons are touched to the heart, shaken in their consciousness, it's the only thing that matters, right?

It makes sense. Mr. Henrik could I offer my niche making food, pickles are my favorite to make it gives a physical value to something that you can hold, or give to those around. Henrik most of us feel lost or fear of something we dont understand but the little things you can control hold them like jars and vegetables its sounds dumb and simple but value is what you choose of it. So henrik if you choose that value is in you than thats the same as someone who has a value in fishing or a hobby the mind is a valuable source of insights.

Hey there! I really appreciate you sharing that. You know, making pickles might sound simple to some, but I totally get what you're saying. There's something really special about creating something with your own hands, especially when it's food you can share with others. I love how you've found meaning in this process. You're absolutely right - we often feel lost or scared of the unknown, but focusing on these tangible, controllable things can be so grounding. It's not dumb at all - it's actually pretty profound when you think about it.
