hlo sir i m asking something u?? the running is important for Taekwondo or not if important then in a week how many tym do running

Running and Sprint is very important for Taekwondo because it increase the kicking speed and improve stamina

In our opinion it’s not a big part of the sport but sprints definitely- long distance running would be better served doing tkd specific conditioning

Veda Chaki what do you mean? These are likely National if not international team drills. This is for sparring not fighting

OP Revan I am an international player if you want proof then I can give By the ways This practice also done by me, after an experience I am saying I just want to say don't this type of practice Yes it improve the leg strength but it decrease the kicking speed and stamina If you want an perfect drill video then watch (AARON COOK) And yes I am not forcing you if want to do this then you can And yes sparring means fighting and Poomsae is different my Taekwondo friend
