It sounds great! :) I was going to mention that as well. great vid! I also put lotion on my two year old before bed, along w/ making sure she gets ALL that extra energy out once more before finally going to sleep. lol
Enjoyed the video 🙂 Could you possibly make one on adjusting to becoming a single mom/how you accomplish anything with a toddler in the house? I need help!!
You are my new fav RU-vidr! My toddler daughter and I love watching your videos together. She and Sydney remind me a lot of each other. :) You're doing an awesome job, Mama!
Love the voice over! U sound diff tho lol . But my baby goes to bed at 8pm now because of the daylight savings. Plz tell me when u fig out a way to cut her off the night time bottles! My little girl wakes n looks for hers if she doesn’t have it. And will fuss til I get up n get it lol
Gosh Sydney is precious! I think lotion is a must for colder weather areas. Love the voice over quality. You’re a good mama. I am trying to interest my 14 mo old in animals and colors. It’s not easy! Thanks for the video.
Sometimes it breaks my heart to see single mums with a baby especially for the little one... but you are a great mum and very strong woman.. I wish you both happiness and a great family ❤️
My daughter is almost 17m and we still do bedtime wash in the bath & lavender bedtime lotion after! We also still do a noise machine I don't think we'll ever get rid of it lol
Would LOVE tips or advice on how you transitioned her from a bottle to cups! My 15 mo is still super attached to her milk bottles and I know it can become a dental issue eventually!
Still, use lotion also! My son turns 2 next week, and it's a lavender one as well. Any calming effect I'm all for! I'll lather him up in lotion as long as I can if it helps haha
I still lotion my just turned 6 year old after baths🥰 he helps of course now and I get the hard to reach places! I’ll probably do the same with my now 1 month old. My 6 year old still has milk before bed also!
As far as night time drinks. My son has his last full sippy cup at dinner and then half one brushing teeth. Early enough for him to potty and not wet his pull up over night
Ahhh Sydney's little dance while shes singing is just the cutest😭❤ my baby girl is only 13 months but we still use lotion too, shes got dry skin like her daddy so I dont see myself ever stopping lol! Bed time is anywhere between 7:30 and 8:00 for us😊
I also still rub lotion on my toddler, she loves foot massages at the end of the night. I think it relaxes her (can't blame her!) Bedtime is pretty late for us, around 9:30 PM. I get home from work around 7-7:30 PM and by the time I'm done with dinner, cleaning up, bathing my toddler, and making sure my oldest (13 y/o) is set it's pretty late.
Samantha Lewis She actually got sick with Roseola & had a fever for a couple days so I took her out of her sleep sack at 18 months (she was small so she got in it just fine). I gave her a Muslin blanket & she just slept no problem! In a way, I got lucky with the transition 😬 She still doesn’t wear the blanket all night of course.
I just want to say that you are such a good mom, if anything is ever to be seen through your videos quite clearly it's that fact. Also, how do you keep your humidifier from smelling mildew-y?
so i have asked this question before but havent gotten an answer about why her room has a curtain instead of a door and it probably sounds like a weird question lol but i think it may be the fact that my boyfriends a firefighter which is why its drilled into my head how important closed doors are if there ever was a fire and i just thought it was something id share that a closed door can help protect from a fire so much!!
I can't catch my 20 month old to put lotion on. He sees the bottle and runs. My sons bedtime is at 845 and he wakes up at 730 any earlier and he wakes up at 5 am but he does take a 2 and a half hour nap during day
Omgsh I love Sydney so much.! Is it weird that I wish I could live close and us have play dates ?! lol my daughter is 21 months. Omgsh when she was dancing 😍 soooo adorable !!
Shake what your mama gave ya Sydney 😂! She is too precious ❤️ my 13 month old goes to bed around 7....OT but when did Sydney start showing interest in learning letters and numbers? My little guy could care less 🤦🏾♀️
Love this video! I know all kids are different, but good to see im not the only one just kinda makes it up as we go! Hunter is 18 months, we do dinner between 6-630, then play or watch mickey until about 730, and do a bath, i still do lotion if he is being tolerant! Its never a bad thing i dont think! Pjs and we read a book or 2 depending on how tired he is. Bed time is by 8pm. And he still drinks an 8oz bottle of whole milk right before bed. I can't get him to drink milk specifically out of a cup!
